Years of hassle, pain, skin irritation, and low self-esteem were eradicated after my first visit. I’m still in awe of the reduction in hair I’m experiencing, and I’ve only received 3 treatments. Prior to treatment, I was also experiencing hyperpigmentation on my chin due to incessantly plucking, and that is now gone! Jordan and all of the ladies are so nice. They make you feel comfortable and cared for. If you’re on the fence, schedule a consultation and go from there. You’ll get all of the information you need to make your decision. Well, the owner also stared at her computer trying to insist that was my 4th visit, not my 3rd visit. The whole thing was unpleasant, unprofessional, and can be considered switch and bait practice with regard to pricing. I assume my 3rd eyebrow laser with Rosa is still intact and would appreciate someone confirming this- especially if it has been canceled. Tyra was such an amazing wax specialist. She was communicative about the whole process. She made sure that the wax wasn’t too hot for me. She also made small talk which helped with distraction. Was not painful at all and left there happy with the results! Will be coming back soon. Thank you!
Just had a waxing session with Lizbeth, she was so awesome. I’ve only been waxed a handful of times in my life, this was my best experience.
