The coaches are fantastic, and give great personal attention, while also helping the kids realize they’re doing something bigger than themselves. It’s true technical teaching, with a ton of positive reinforcement. And they don’t just hand out belt rankings. The instruction is fantastic. I use the weight training area for all of my exercise needs. I canceled my other gym membership because everything I need to stay in shape is right here. If you want to train casually for fun or relaxation, you can do that here, or if you are serious about competing and need a place where you can be pushed and challenged, you can also do that here. The kids classes have a nice fun family feel, and are full of great kids who have an absolute blast while still learning the importance of exercise and discipline. This studio is extremely welcoming and has a great community. The instructors are helpful, patient, and will push you to be your best. They truly care about each and every student and want you to get as much as you can out of every single class. The facility is great and there are a variety of classes to choose from every day.
You will get an amazing workout, learn self defense skills with real world applications, and meet a ton of amazing and interesting people. I learned so much here and I can’t wait to return once my schedule permits.
This is an amazing place to get a fun fitness class and/or learn self defense. All levels are taught and I’ve never felt so welcome anywhere as I was at each one! The women’s class is a great way to get started and build skills and confidence, Kate is so sweet and knowledgeable. I promise you won’t regret signing up!!! The owner Cole absolutely loves what he does and is passionate about self defense; it shows in how he treats his customers and how he runs his studio.
Love this place! It’s fun getting a great workout while practicing self defense in an awesome environment. Cole and other instructors do a great job. The training is suitable for any experience level and background and anyone can get into it. Give it a try!
This place is really good especially for people with beginning and intermediate level self defense skills. The main goal of this place is to make sure that you have the proper mechanics down for each movement not only in ideal situations, but also in non-ideal situations. They also do other skills as well (combative jiu-jitsu, weapon deployment, etc) and they underscore proper technique in each one of these classes. Also, if you want more aerobic fitness then there’s a 30 minute fitness class they offer as well that is HIIT training at it’s finest. If you’re just starting out and/or you want to improve your self defense skills and fitness then definitely come to this place.
This is by far the most practical self defense school in NWA. It uses all forms of martial arts to meet you personally where you’re at and your capabilities. Great for any level too. I highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to learn how to protect themselves and their family.
