What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. It took a long time and the heat needed to hotter. The waitress keeping dissappear but we noticed she was working in the kitchen so 5 star for her. For the price next time we going the steak place and have food cook us because is i wanted to cook i would stayed home. It cute but not for us.

  2. My family and I had never been there before and we didn’t know what to expect, but our server Joe made our experience amazing. He was very patient, attentive and friendly. We will be going back not only for the food, but for the wonderful service as well. If you plan on visiting, ask for Joe, you won’t be disappointed!

  3. Joe was an amazing waiter and had shown us the best experience possible. He showed us such kindness and would help us with any questions we had. Probably THE best waiter we’ve had in our dining experiences.

And if you see this Joe, thank you truly from the bottom of our hearts for an amazing last date night.

  4. For our first time, we rate this restaurant a 5 star . I can’t find the exact words on how our experience and food was . Best experience we’ve had in a while. Alex was our server and he was amazing!!. They were very busy but he still managed to take his time to explain to us the menu in detail without feeling pressured. If he was busy, other employees would take us in consideration and ask if we needed anything! The food was a 5 star too. Thank you Melting Pot and staff for such a wonderful experience.

  5. I decided to go for something new for my anniversary and this was the perfect spot. Me and my wife have a wonderful and delicious dinner. We thanks Alex the waiter for the excellent service, so far the best waiter that we have in El Paso. Here is some pictures of the great dinner that we have tonight. A little secret order the coconut mule you will have a great night 😵‍💫😏

Very good food, service is quick and nice. You ordered first and then get a seat, put your number on the table. The waitresses and waiters will take your order to you within a couple minutes. Overall, it’s a good dining experience here and I will definitely come back and try the other dishes if I am around. Recommended their croissant, really tasty.

Very nice ambience and good service. I didn’t come for the ambience and the service though. The food is clearly pre baked somewhere and the recipes are not even close to being that of a French Bakery. The facade and reviews got me in here but this is the first and last time. The quiche has a crust of a stale pot pie and the contents have the taste of leftover ham and eggs. The coffee ( French roast ) will definitely beat any 7-eleven coffee on its best day ( and no, it’s not a compliment) It’s diluted and not hot. The pastry ( cherry danish)reminds me of the Starbucks brand, yes the one that they pull out of a plastic wrap and throw it in their quick warmer.

Visited for breakfast on a weekday. Friendly service, but the quality of the breakfast was disappointing. The bacon reminded us of Costco pre-cooked bacon. Avocado toast had a razor thin scrape of avocado on a small slice of bread.

Cute cafe. Quick service. However, the food was overall okay and it wasn’t hot when it came out. Tomato soup was too sweet and green beans had no flavor. Coffee was super strong too and pastries were alright. The only dish that was pretty good was the mashed potatoes. For the price, just not worth it. Nice new experience though.

Today dec 18/2022 I went to see a friend in this restaurant she selected THE MADELEINE and we ordered omelet and coffee, was 20.40 ( was very pricy for the amount of the food! And sorry wasn’t tasty) the croissant taste like Walmart croissant, my husband ordered pasta and uff the amount was terrible for 12 usd with coffe and macarróns the total was 32 usd! I remembered eating better omelet in a Mexican restaurant in El Paso. Sorry little madeleine but even In Las cruces they have a better French restaurant tasty and less priced!! If Patric Leon Esquerre could be alive he could died again watching the quality of his food in the restaurant! Remember not place is good if you don’t have a good food! I guess we need more knowledge about what is To eat a decent food! Lastly they show you macaroons in the display and when you buy them they give you the super small! Box!! Please don’t scam people!

This was my first time visiting. The food was really good, and the drinks/coffee was amazing. Our server was Eduardo and he was awesome! They were pretty busy but he still made sure we were taken care of and frequently checked in. I would highly recommend checking out this cafe! Thank you for your amazing service as well.

This has been around my tenth time here and it never disappoints. I had the chicken and waffles and they are definitely not your typical chicken and waffles. The chicken is a perfect combination of sweet, spicy and crisped deliciousness. The waffles, spiced with paprika, oregano and celery salt, among other things, were a savory compliment to the chicken. We also tried possibly the best avocado toast in the city along with their trademark Salt+Honey fries. Loved it…. Can’t wait to see the new location!

Cute place. From the outside it doesn’t look welcoming but once you’re inside the place is cute and cozy. The service was good and so was the food. They offer their entire menu all day long. My husband had the chicken and waffles with a coffee for breakfast and I had the salty sailor which is fish and chips. The prices are slightly high for El Paso but it’s a good place.

Just okay. The wait time was sooo long, probably waited around 1.5-2hrs to be seated. The food looks amazing but didn’t taste as amazing as it looked. There wasn’t really much flavor in the chicken & waffles. The best food item I’ve had here were the salt & honey fries. The mint lemonade was a bit too sour so I barely had any. Our waiter was great though.

I have been to many restaurants and I have to say this is one of my new favorites. My only complaint is it is not easy to find but luckily I called and the staff left the restaurant to find me and bring my wife and I in. The atmosphere has a earthy nature, warm feeling to it and depending on seating great views of the streets. The food is absolutely what it looks like if you see any pictures online and FRESH! Amazing flavors. Not your traditional dishes you can go out and get at every other place. The entire menu is open at any time of the day so you can get brunch for breakfast and breakfast for dinner. My biggest GREEN FLAG for this place is the customer service. I asked for honey mustard and they didn’t have it, so my waitress asked me if I would like her to make some for me. The waitress MADE ME HONEY MUSTARD! She absolutely did not have to but she wanted to make a great impression and she did just that! Will be going back!
