They don’t respect appointment times. A lady will pull you out of line to try and run your credit for braces. I declined. Then she’ll tell you to wait in the lobby and wait for the dentist to call your name. Sat there for 45 minutes past my appointment time till I asked what was going on. They never checked me in and told me reschedule or it was going to be a 2 hour wait. Why does the lady pull people out of line to try and sell them braces when they’re just trying to check in for their appointment?? The dentist is friendly and answers any questions you may have . The office is bright and clean and they even have a arcade game for the kids to play . Lisa the office manager is very friendly and helpful in keeping you informed about the care they provide your smile .
I’ve been to so many different dental places in the past. Nothing compares to Image dental. They’re so honest and treat you with so much respect, I love their hospitality. Super friendly when I arrived for first visit. I have been to a lot of dentist’s over the years and this one was by far the best. I didn’t feel the needle at all for numbing and procedure went smooth 5 stars. I’m not making this up see for yourself….

Image Dental always makes me feel comfortable and safe while receiving dental care. I get overwhelmed with bright lights at times and they accommodate me by providing dark sunglasses as I receive dental treatment. Image Dental listens to my concerns and addresses them thoroughly. They maintain clear communication regarding my treatment plan and provide text message and email reminders for upcoming appointments. They are also very flexible with scheduling appointments. I am highly satisfied with the care they have provided me with and would greatly recommend them to anyone.
