  1. Was amazing. The Doctor did a full assessment of my mouth without rushing. It was free. They took pictures of every tooth and made up a plan and we talked about my needs. The Dr, she understood exactly what I want done. She didn’t force or lie in order to get me to waste money on unnecessary work on my teeth! It’s very affordable and light is at the end of the tunnel. Maria, the assistant was great! The appoint coordinator was great and the financial girl was honest and no high pressure ” sales tactics.” 100% better than Aspen ot Nu Smile, those two places were horribly rude and didn’t even do an exam.

  2. Drat! Started with a 5 star last year and sadly update to a 🌟🌟. After traveling a big chunk of the year, I called for a cleaning- just at a year. I was informed that I must have x-rays as well. Bringing the cost of a cleaning from $100 to $260. Why would I need additional x-rays after a year? I have no issues just need a cleaning. After researching ADA guidelines, it appears it’s not necessary yearly unless there is an issue. If after a consultation with the dentist it’s recommended- this is one thing. If it’s recommended, just because, tells me it’s not about me… it’s about you $$$$.

  3. Love this place! I’ve always had bad experiences with dentists, but the people here make you feel at ease. I have had several crowns & other dental work with no discomfort. They are very positive to each other. It feels like a great place to work, too. I would highly recommend Klement Family Dental!

  4. Went for my annual cleaning today. Worked with Dental Hygienist Tiffany R. and she was great! She talked me through the whole process and was very gentle. I also saw Dr. Simmons briefly. She is sweet and I have been going to see her since I was a kid. I would definitely recommend!

  5. This dentist office is everything that I could dream of from the initial phone call with their receptionist who seem to be kind, patient and communicative. I was referred by a friend of mine and if it wasn’t for that word of mouth, I would have never found the best clinical team that I have encountered! I have driven by this facility so many times and am so impressed by how beautiful their lobby is and how colorful the hallway is including their exam room. Their hospitality is such a fresh breath of air and recommend many others to give this place a try!

    I can not recommend St. Petersburg Dental Center more! I had a dental procedure I was very nervous about and Michelle and Shania were absolutely outstanding and. Made me feel so comfortable. They were honest about what to expect and made me feel completely at ease. 5 star service!

    This is the best dental office I have been to. Starts off with a brief check in with Tina, that explains everything to expect, in a very polite way. Dr. Soliman is by far the best dentist I’ve been to. She is very calming, listens, and ensuring that you will be comfortable. Checking out is a breeze as well with Tina. She explains everything very detailed but in a very comprehensive way. I recommend this office to anyone looking for a better dental experience in all treatments.

    All the staff there could not be kinder. And thorough! Best teeth cleaning experience ever. I am dental-phobic big baby and but will gladly go back to Irene. 😁 The vibe here is Good Mood and “whatever we can do to make the patience happy”. Dr. Yalboo and Ami are the best team! Shout out to Jen.

    Love this office! My Hygienist Eva s spectacular. out of this world! My orthodonitist and dentist really take care of me. And TINA IS A GODSEND. She’s very friendly, well organized, and solves any scheduling issue you may encounter.

    My insurance told me this office worked for my insurance. Went in for a cleaning and one of my fillings cracked. Came back a week later and they said insurance would cover $870 of my procedure and I paid the rest of the balence with my card. Go in 3 weeks later for the actual crown placement.. they said I was paid in full. 2 months later I get a bill for $870 cause they said insurance didn’t end up paying. I called 3 different times and was told id get a call back. There’s no communication when you have questions about billing.

    Had a dental emergency, and was referred to this practice by insurance. Wait times are small, even got in as soon as my appointment was due. Staff were courteous and helpful. They did quarrel abit when one of the nurses tried referring me to an outside dental surgeon, but other than that, they were pretty solid. The only other point to make is the dental cleaner, her attitude is abit off putting, and was straight to the point and felt uncaring. She did a great job though, and quickly made sure I had to pay for some of the procedure because my insurance didn’t cover it.

    I had a truly bizarre experience booking and going to this appointment. The initial appointment was difficult to make because there was a very long delay on the phone and I had to spell my information out multiple times. I went to the appointment 5 mins early but had to wait almost an hour to be called back. When I finally went back with an assistant, she took a few x-rays and told me the dentist would see me when she finished with her current appointment. I had some time alone in the room and looked over at the tray table where I could see from a distance that there was a brown smudge inside the bag of “sanitized ” tools. Upon looking closely, it appeared that there was tissue on a pair of tweezers and what looked like blood had rubbed off of them on the inside of the bag. After half an hour alone in the chair, the dentist finally came in and asked how I’d be paying. I had already submitted my insurance and signed the agreement form, so I found this odd. I told her I was using a card and then she asked for it before she looked at my X-rays. I’ve never been asked to pay while sitting in the exam chair at any medical establishment ever before. I then asked if she would be using the tools on the exam table because I would like a new, clean set before paying. She barely glanced at them and told me there was a brown spot because they have old tools. She did not offer to get new ones or even look closely at the dirty tweezers. She said she didn’t want to do the exam if I felt uncomfortable so I could just leave and reschedule. I felt uncomfortable because she felt comfortable putting unsanitized tweezers in my mouth. I left, after wasting an hour and a half for what should have been a quick assessment. Do not go here unless you would like someone else ‘s old blood in your mouth. It was truly appalling.

    This location is very unprofessional and unorganized! I’m pregnant and my appointment was at 9am and it’s now 11:45 and nothing has been done! I had to rescheduled with a different location! When I made the appointment I explained I was pregnant and had a small fill in that was need to be handled! I got here and was scheduled for a cleaning! They then “Squeezed me in to see the doctor” TWO HOURS LATER AND I STILL HAVENT SEEN THE DOCTOR! I expressed my frustration and instead of it being corrected they argued with me about why I was upset and why this were going the way they were! 3 hours without feeding myself and my unborn because I was waiting for NOTHING! Wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone! Save yourself the energy and time.

    I’ve never had such a bad dental experience. My appointment was at 2:20. I signed in and told the girl I had an appointment. At 3pm, I still had not been called back so I asked what was going on. She said oh it looks like someone canceled your appointment. ?? Took me asking for them to tell me that after waiting 40 mins. I said I got a confirmation text 2 hours before my appointment never did I get a cancellation text or call. She said I will just put you on the other doctors schedule. It’s fine. I said it’s not fine because I’ve been here for 40 minutes and left work early. You guys wouldn’t wait for me if I was 40 minutes late, my time is valuable too. After this, I still had to wait 10 mins to be called back. Once called back I got my x-rays done and the doctor exam, by this time it was about 3:45. After about 10 more mins the assistant came and asked me if I could reschedule because the dental hygienist was very behind. I said no I will not be rescheduling because I’ve been here for 2 hours already and haven’t even been seen for what I came for yet, I took work off early, I will not be leaving until I am seen for what my appointment was for. THEN I heard the dental hygienist arguing with the manager in the hallway that she was going to see her 4pm appointment before me. The manager, Tammy, was telling her to see me. The dental hygienist was arguing with her. I stepped out into the hallway and said there’s no reason a 4PM appointment should be seen before 2:20 appointment and I would like to be seen now. After about 5 more mins of go back-and-forth, she finally saw me. The cleaning lasted 20 minutes, the fastest cleaning I’ve ever had, not sure how great of a cleaning that was, but she definitely didn’t go easy on me. Rushed and very rough to say the least. I did not leave until 4:30. Will never go back or recommend to anyone.
