  1. I broke a crown off at the gum line in the top front of my mouth back in July/August. It happened on the weekend so I had to wait till Monday morning to call. They were able to get me in and the dentist ended up saving the root of the tooth, and did a root canal, and put in a post and then a new crown. Everything was fine till the beginning of November. It felt like the crown was loose, but it never came off and I was unable to loosen it all the way off. I waited for weeks, and finally decided I needed to find out what was going on. I called and they scheduled me within a couple of days. The dentist and the technician were both very professional and personable. Everyone treated me like family and I ended up having a completely new post and crown put in to fix my issue. I’m very happy with the results and surprised that there weren’t any charges incurred. I’m 68 years old and have had numerous dental procedures done. Smile dentistry is the first dentist to fix an issue and not charge me for something that wasn’t really anyone’s fault. I was pleasantly surprised, I started using their services a few years ago. I’m very happy with all of the work I’ve had done, and would highly recommend them. They will lay out all of your options for care and costs before they start and let you decide. If you’re new to the area, or looking for a different dentist, I highly recommend you call Smile dentistry at Bayside Lakes!

  2. They were able to accommodate an emergency appointment for me despite being very booked. Dr. Seville and her hygienist was patient, kind, and understanding of my issues and concerns. They worked with me to make an open ended plan that can pair with a periodontist and offered alternatives should the expense or issues arise.

  3. I was in extreme pain for weeks reached out to multiple offices in Brevard area. Everyone advised me that the couldn’t do anything same day that I needed to come in for exam and that it would a few days out some even advised on at least a week before they would be able to extract my tooth after initial exam. And we all know with that amount of pain who can bare waiting another day not to mention a week 😱. I contacted Smile Today Dentistry they got me in same day and extracted my tooth all I’m the same day. From initial contact by phone until I walked out their door to leave. ALL the staff and dentist were AMAZING 🥰. Absolutely amazing, kind, polite, empathetic, reassuring, explained everything in detail to make sure I understood all my options. Also did I mention affordable. I paid out of pocket unfortunately they don’t expect my insurance which was perfectly okay they have different options available to to help with this as well which was great. I’m not the one to usually do reviews but this was a must for me. If you need a dentist, if your not happy with your dental office, even if you are happy with your dentist, you definitely need to come here. They are absolutely without a doubt AMAZING 🤩.

  4. Most relaxing teeth cleaning I’ve probably ever have. Jacqueline was nice, informative, and gentle. All my questions got answered and I didn’t feel rushed. The facility is nice, clean, and uses modern equipment.

  5. Staff were very friendly and went over everything in detail with us. The dental hygienist Christina was awesome and took her time with my husband who had a stroke 3 years ago. She made it very easy for him to understand. ❤️

I would highly recommend Monique and my teeth look and feel good. I made my next appointment with her. River breeze dental care had good parking and easy access in the small strip mall on Babcock. They are “in plan” for my health first Medicare advantage dental plan.

    Highly recommend! My 8yo was in pain and needed a crown removed and his normal dentist was booked up for months so I found this place and they had us in the next business day. I actually was able to sit with my kid in the back which is rare nowadays, but the doctor and assistant were great with comforting him and went out of their way to explain everything. Will return and highly recommend.

    I was warmly welcomed by the receptionist and those in the front office. Everyone was friendly and I feel like I was very well cared for. Check out was was thoroughly a pleasure, as all my questions were answered very knowledgeably. I am impressed with this office’s services. Today Unique, Niki and Karyn truly made a great impression on me. Their skills and professionalism made a difference in my life. I felt well taken care of. Dr. Mao is always pleasant, accommodating and professional. I appreciate her.

    Very pleasant staff. Have a lot of anxiety about going to the dentist. Felt relaxed with my dental technician. Stephanie, who I heard was new but she did a great job. The dentist was also very gentle and explained into detail things that needed to be done so that is why I’m giving them a five-star rating and they took me in early when I had my appointment confused.     I had a minor emergency and wasn’t able to make my appointment on time. They allowed me to come one hour later. The staff is extremely friendly and understanding. The hygienist did a terrific job with my deep cleaning even with faulty equipment she worked through it painlessly (for me).

    My experience with New Image Dentistry has been worry-free. When I went for the initial consultation the front desk had reached out to my insurance and had the treatment plan prepared reflecting all costs by the time I was ready to leave. This was a big relief as there always seems to be a lingering balance. All personnel were efficient, professional, and friendly. If you are in need of a dentist I suggest you give New Image Dentistry a call. I am very glad I did.

    Dental Assistant Karlee was 12/10 with my visit today! she was so patient and fun, kept good spirts even though we had some trouble with xrays and it was a fantastic experience. The two girls at the front desk were also beyond helpful and quick. So thankful to have found this office!
