My experience with 21st is one I share with family and friends near and far. It begins with the pleasant voice of scheduling an appointment to meeting an experience dental Team. Your service is personalized for you. I always look forward to my seeing my Team (Dr. Bristow, Lil and Jason). Dr. Bristow has always addressed my concerns and meet and exceed my personal and financial needs. Ms. Lil keeps my teeth tight and white. Lil, gives me that VIP treatment from beginning to end. Mr. Jason is part of the positive experience at 21st. His energy, his greeting and acknowledging his brother when he see me.

  2. Been going here for a number of years, cleanest/most luxurious dental office I’ve yet to see. Staff front to back is always the best, very accommodating given my typical last minute booking schedule due to my work away from home. They even recently fixed a serious error causing me pain from another dentist I was forced to use due to my travels. They spent about an extra hour of time using multiple special tools and methods to dislodge a piece of cement from a crown by the other dentist that was causing chronic intermittent pain/discomfort. They did this at no charge. Always recommend them. Also the Braums shakes and cookies for after the visit are always a great treat even for an adult such as myself.

  3. This is the place to be. The hygienist Diane and the DR were very thorough in explaining the state of my oral health. Suggested what I could do better at home. Which took away my anxiety and phobia of the dental office. They also gave a 7% discount of total bill. I’m over all satisfied with my visit, and will highly recommend 21st century dental. Also received a free whitening kit. Thank you very much!

  4. I’ve been going to 21st Century Dental at least every six months for more than 30 years, and I’ve never had a bad experience. Every person I’ve interacted with has always been so kind and caring. I would never hesitate to recommend this fine practice to anyone. If you’re looking for a new dental practice or haven’t been in a while, try 21st Century Dental (Dr. Roy is my dentist.) You’ll be happy you did!

  5. My daughter found them on Google we called and Dr. Bristow returned our call since was memorial weekend they were able to see my mom today and the service was amazing! Beautiful and clean office at a great location Las Colinas. Thanks Dr. Bristow, Emily and Anahi for y’all excellent service. Absolutely highly recommended 🙌

    This is a great dental ER. Being a person with dental anxiety, the staff was caring and awesome. From Samantha in the front office, Miriam the dental assistant and Dr. Sophia my experience was easy and pain free! They immediately took an X-ray and determined it was a wisdom tooth that needed to be removed. I was in and out in basically an hour. Affordable (I have insurance) for an emergency situation. Highly recommend!!!

    Best place ever! I was so nervous going there, especially by myself! They made me feel so comfortable! From the time I walked in, until I left! So thankful for them all! The receptionist(very respectful, and nice and greeted me with kindness), the assistant (who held my hand the whole time through my procedure ☺️), and Doc (Dr. Sophia) OMG she was so patient and gentle with me!     I was in so much pain all friday night called here first thing Saturday morning and they were able to see me right away! front staff was very welcoming & assistants were very friendly they made me feel very comfortable. Dr Sophia did a great job taking my wisdom tooth out and made it very painless , it took only about 30 mins . They move quickly , highly recommend this place!! (:

    The staff members are kind, gentle, super friendly and make you feel right at home! Very non-judgmental and won’t break your pockets! Plenty of options to pay if you need it! I will be going here from now on. And I I’d like to shout out DR. Kwon, dudes got the right touch! The assistant Ms or Mrs Miriam made me feel like I had someone there that actually cared and both of them handled the situation and surgery with my health and comfort in concern!!!!

    Wow! What an amazing place. Dr. Reeves and staff were absolutely awesome! My son needed a root canal but couldn’t get in with our dentist for several days. We were seen quickly and Dr. Reeves numbed him up before he had even decided if the procedure could be done today so he would have pain relief (at no extra charge I might add). Root canal and temporary crown done and my boy is no longer experiencing that horrible pain. It was higher than I would’ve had to pay at our regular dentist but that was to be expected as they were out of our network and an emergency facility. We feel extremely blessed to have found them today. Also Oscar at the front desk was phenomenal! I would recommend this facility to anyone.

    I had the best dental appointment. The dentist was excellent. I needed a crown and she did a terrific job. Not only did she do a great job, she followed up with me the day after each procedure to see if I had any concerns. I go to her routinely for my cleaning also. The staff does great work cleaning my teeth. I would definite recommend this dentist.

    Dr. Aggarwal is very professional and caring. She filled my cavities and explained the procedure step by step. The experience is very smooth and painless. The doctor’s first priority is to make the patient feel comfortable. There is little to no waiting. She makes sure to keep the appointment time. The staff (Mia and Myra) are very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely recommend their dental services to others.

    I loved my experience here! Everyone was so personable and professional. The dentist explained my X-rays to me in detail so I understood the state of my teeth, and the hygienist was very friendly and great at her job. I will continue to go back here as they provided everything I was looking for in a dentist office. I highly recommend this dentist office!

    I have had a really amazing experience with Coolbreeze Dentistry. Dr. Aggarwal is a really amazing, professional, and a caring doctor. She is impeccable with her work and really takes the time to provide the best care possible. I think what makes her really good at her job is that not only is she a really qualified doctor, but she really takes her time to take that extra step, and that extra time/effort to help the patients. When I got my crown, she really took her time to choose the shades and also got my opinion on the shade of my crown so it would look very natural on my teeth. And, after doing the procedures, she calls to follow up and ask if everything is good, and to check up on the patient. I haven’t had dentists or any doctors do this before. So, it really goes to show how much she cares about the patient, and their smile. She is also really friendly, and overall having her as a dentist has been a wonderful experience. I have also worked with Dr. Kainth. Dr. Kainth was also very professional, kind, and an amazing dentist overall. I have had bad experiences with dentists in the past. I would actively avoid going to the dentist before. But after coming to Coolbreeze Dentistry, I didn’t feel uncomfortable or hesitant to see the dentist at all. Actually, I look forward to going to the dentist now because I know that I will get a really good care, and that I am in the hands of really caring, and very qualified dentists. I get encouraged to take care of my teeth more, and the dentists are really friendly, and have always given good advices in terms of dental care. The nurses and the staff are also really friendly, and they take really good care of you. Even when the nurses are setting things up for the appointment, I have had fun conversations with them. And, of course, they are really good at their job! Overall, I have had a great experience with Coolbreeze Dentistry. I really appreciate how they have changed the way I view dentists. Going from dreading to go to a dentist in the past, to actually looking forward to my appointments at Coolbreeze Dentistry just goes to show how committed and amazing the entire team is. And, I find myself smiling when I leave the appointment, not only because my teeth look good, but also because I had a great time at the appointment, and great time talking to the staff!
