He uses the most modern equipment for cleaning which works better than the traditional dental picks and isn’t nearly as irritating. Heated and massage dental chairs, a “comfort menu” including warm blankets, pillow, stress ball, and a variable of other things and being able to watch a peaceful landscape(s) video play above me on the tv made this new patient feel like she was at the spa! Not the dentist! Everyone there was SO nice and I left feeling like I had made new friends. Seriously can’t rave enough about this place. I have gone to Family Dental Health on Villa Rd 3 times now and every experience has been phenomenal! Laurel has cleaned my teeth twice now and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She’s very helpful, kind, and professional. I highly recommend Laurel and the rest of the staff at FDH in Villa Rd.
I had a very lovely experience at this clinic. I hadn’t had a cleaning in several years and Ms. Laurel was very thorough. She shared with me very useful information without up-selling me on other treatments offered in house. I would recommend this clinic to anyone loooking for a new dentist clinic.
Don’t like dentists. This place changed my mind. No judgement. Made sure I was comfortable, not just teeth-wise, but also with my other physical limits. Lauren did a beyond excellent job on cleaning my teeth. Dr Nary provided the best novocaine I have ever received and was great with fillings. Entire staff was kind and accommodating. Need to go but not sure? These are the folks to see.
Dr. Tim and Laura were incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and patient with me during my emergency visit yesterday. They were able to perform the procedure same day, and showed so much compassion the entire time. The two ladies at the front desk were also so kind to me, and helped me figure out my insurance coverage. They both encouraged me and made me feel so welcome. Dr. Tim even followed up with me later in the day to see how I was handling everything. Everyone here made me feel so supported despite my high anxiety around being at the dentist. I will recommend them to any and everyone I know!
My first visit to Family Dental Health was excellent! Foo and the others ladies at the front desk were so welcoming!Laura my Dental hygienist was so friendly, professional, and explained everything that she was doing. Dr Tim was fantastic and explained to me very positively work that could be done in the future. I highly recommend family dental health to everyone.
