  1. Excellent customer service very friendly office team. Everyone there is very caring about the patients needs. The dentist and dental team are very knowledgeable and very caring. The exam was very professional and they explained every detail. Heather the office manager is absolutely wonderful she sat down with me and went over all the fees and explained what my insurance paid she is very knowledgeable and doesn’t mind at all taking time to explain and listen to your questions. I had an excellent deep cleaning the best I have ever had. The hygienist is excellent and goes over everything with you and really knows how to clean your teeth. The dentist and dental assistant are both very knowledgeable and excellent at going over everything with you to explain dental care plan and xrays. I am very impressed with the whole team and the care I received. I’m so very thankful I found this dental office and will refer anyone to them you will be taken care of.

  2. Dr. Stanfield is THE MAN! I really value integrity with a dentist and I 100% trust him to give me his honest opinion and care. Great dentist!!

    I came from another dentist that gave me a poor filling and bad experience. Dr. Stanfield determined that I didn’t need another filling that a previous dentist had suggested. So great to find a dentist that isn’t drill happy and has my best interests in mind!

  3. Everyone & everything about this appointment was great! This was me & my client first time visiting, My client is elderly & blind but that didn’t mean anything, they helped & treated us really good! The Dr (dentist) is a real live KEN DOLL who was so hands on & gentle with my client! He took his time to come up with the perfect affordable plan that works within his budget & explained it very well, So please give them a try, you won’t be disappointed 🙃

  4. Everyone in the office is courteous, from the front office to the Hygienist to the dental assistants and the Dentist. I have been going to this office for over 20 years, and yes there have been some staffing changes in that time, but it has only made it better. My most recent visit was with the Hygienist and she was very attentive and thorough. She also had me wear sunglasses so the light was dimmed and nothing could get in my eyes. I would recommend this office to anyone in need of dental services.

  5. So happy to have found a dentist & staff that are so kind and understanding of the nervousness I have about dental treatment. Everything was explained completely and I feel very comfortable coming back to have the work I need done (which has never been true for other dentists I’ve seen in the past). The facility is pristine and everyone was so pleasant. I feel so relieved of the anxiety I was having about getting this work done and that is priceless!

    Great staff and service, made me feel completely comfortable and were very informative on my options and treatments. This was especially helpful to me since my extremely lengthy lapse in dental visits made for some excessive work needed to repair damage. The hygienist, dentist, and office manager were amazing, and due to that I am making this my new dentist even though I live quite a while away.

    They are one the most unethical and rude people I came across. What they do is they will start a treatment and in middle of that they will ask to do another treatment otherwise your current treatment will be stopped in between. For my wife the started root canal and in between they asked to do cleaning and asked for $1500 and when I denied they stopped the crowning process . And when I asked for refund they are saying it will take 1-2 month.. I read other reviews and found that someone had to wait 15 months for refund. Worst customer service , I will suggest not to fall in trap. Never visit Aspen Dental

    The team of Susan, Stacy and Michelle were professional, understanding and compassionate, while assisting me through the dental procedures I needed. I had had several, to me, traumatic treatments from several other dentists in the past and was very nervous. They understood my concerns and fears, speaking with me to help keep me calm. Thank you!

    I scheduled an appointment to have some root canals taken care of. I took time off work for this appointment. I confirmed my appointment via text message and also left a voicemail confirming I would be there. The morning of I received a text message saying Aspen was looking forward to seeing me at my appointment today! I show up to my appointment on time and after Sabrina (the office manager) looks me up and down, she tells me I’m going to have to reschedule. She was rude and unapologetic. Don’t bother wasting your time and going through the unnecessary hassle of making an appointment, they might refuse to see you regardless.

    I’m so grateful for Dr. Nima and his staff. Dr. Nima is very caring dentist. He explains the procedures so I know exactly what to expect before, during and after the procedure. I feel very comfortable with everyone in the office. Shelly at the front desk, is wonderful, she is sweet and very kind. The dental assistants are very knowledgeable in what they do and are very kind and caring. Roger helped me on the financial end. He is very kind and patient. I highly recommend My Dental & Implants.
