Honestly, it feels like a spa in there sometimes because they give you so many amenities to take your mind off of the dental cleaning. Dr. Cavell and Cristal were so good with explaining how things look with my teeth. I felt like I was being heard and not told. In fact, that has to be one of the best cleanings I’ve ever had. Hanna was very helpful with finalizing my visit. Trevor does a great job communicating with me ahead of my visit. I hadn’t seen a dentist in many years, and had severe anxiety about seeing a new dentist after so long. The receptionist there that day was wonderful, made me feel so welcome in spite of the holiday, I thanked her for working on Christmas and she just smiled and said “Hey, no problem that’s why we’re here!” Dr. Boyd was a master at carefully explaining what was going on, my options, everything, and made me feel just as welcome. It seemed like it was only the two of them there that day, and they still managed to take care of everyone there in a timely manner. I must add, i went back a week later (yest) and was treated JUST the same, and was pleasant, i had to get a refill on an antibiotic, and front desk, people were just as professionals as the Dr was.
Got me in quickly for an injured tooth later in the evening. I. don’t live in Denver, so it was luck of the draw and all the good reviews to select a dental service. They really do deserve them! They are a bit expensive, but compared to the options of loosing teeth, not expensive at all. Plus, they were very good about stated what the charges would be up front.
Add one more 5-star review from me. They have up to the minute tech which made diagnosis super fast, but it is the people who did a great job.
I was worked on by Dr. May, Amber and an assist from Kim. All were courteous, skilled, and personable. Best of all, they saved my tooth so I am really happy.! Thanks to all!
I recently had to go to Emergency Dental of Denver for immense tooth pain. My regular dentist (who is great) had me schedule for a root canal in a couple weeks. However, I woke up in the middle of the night with shooting jaw pain and new I had to go. Since my regular dentist couldn’t see me, they recommended Emergency Dental of Denver. The entire staff was amazing, and the dentist who did my emergency root canal was great. I’m pretty anxious at the dentist, and their whole team was friendly, personable, and put me at ease. It’s been about 4 days since my procedure, and I’m totally pain free. This facility, their staff, and professionals are incredible. Thank you!!!
I had a dental accident and emergency at 5pm on a Friday night. I was able to get an appointment just an hour later. I was in a lot of pain and frankly in shock, but the staff was incredibly kind, reassuring, and welcoming. The process was smooth and they explained everything along the way. They were able to fix up my teeth within 20 minutes and were reassuring and supportive. I’m so grateful to this group for their quick and kind support. If you have a dental emergency, this is the place to go!
I was seen by Dr. Messer and had an AMAZING experience. They were able to get me in the same day and I cannot thank them enough for that. Every other clinic was booked out at least a week in advance. I was given very clear and thorough information/instructions as to what needed to be done and how to care for my teeth afterward. Monica and Kim were also very kind and understanding the entire time. I will definitely be returning!!
