What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I am really disappointed to find only a couple of VERY outdated reviews. I have been here over 2 years and love it more each day. The current managers, Dave and Pam, live here and consider themselves neighbors. They bring years of successful management to their job. The facility is outstanding, the diversity and quality of my friends and neighbors is outstanding. The range of available activities, included in my rent, are unequaled. The three shuttle van drivers bring a commitment to their job that makes each trip with them (shopping, activities, senior center dinners, etc.) a delight. Yes, there are over 500 folks here, and like other communities, there are always a small percentage who will never be happy, regardless of where they live.

Please come and take a look for yourself. I am totally independent, yet surrounded by a community of wonderful folks. If this is the environment that needs your needs, you will find a welcoming and warm community.

  2. I helped a friend moved there & found it to be a very nice & cozy. It is conveniently located near Highway 599 near White Center with Metro Transit & free shopping shuttle van comes there. They also have their own shuttle car for the tenants. The staff is very friendly & helpful. My former coworker Metro Transit driver lives there & says she love it. The tenants seesms to be friendly & helpful. The apartment surroundings is very nice with a convenient store & other retail small stores located within walking distant. The inside of complex has very nice amenities for the tenants. Moving to the top floors on the elevated is very cumbersome due to it’s too slow, small & no freight elevator. Everyone uses the same elevator. Otherwise, I believe from my observation it’s a very nice place to live.

  3. Would be a nicer place if the seniors would be kept safe from the mentally ill they house. My mom loves the amenities here and her apartment but has had a few bad experiences with mentally ill tenants and theft.

  4. The manager Jackie is easily the most rude woman I’ve ever met. I talked to multiple residents, and they ALL said she is rude and inconsiderate. She does what’s best for herself, not for the residents. Why she works there is beyond me. We are going elsewhere because of her.

  5. I just moved in here in the fall and so far I’m very happy everyone is very pleasant and the office is really helpful. If there’s any problems my kitty loves it too. She can Birdwatch on the balcony.

My ex father in law, who’s 81, is fortunate enough to live here. It was very hard to get him in because it’s heavily subsidized and there is a lot of paperwork required. His rent is very cheap, the apartments are nice, there is a well used community room with a lot of socializing, free food pantry, hot meals three times a week (through a separate organization), van trips for shopping, and a rooftop garden for resident plots. It’s also right next to grocery outlet, the library, and community center (that has a lot of free senior programs). I really hope he never leaves! We live very nearby and feel he’s really well supported living here.

This place is for senior living. My uncle has an apartment here and I really love this place! His apartment has its own washer and dryer. And other appliances. Clean it has its own movie theater room! Huge screen and seats just like in a theater! But with cup holders and the seats are like recliners! Then they have a day room for the people who live there! They hold entertainment and holiday festivities! There is underground parking and a workout room! It’s very nice! Oh and to get in you have to buzz in! So it’s pretty safe.

I really enjoyed working with Johnny Mason. He is very professional but is able to add tenderness and makes you feel important as well doing his job quickly. All in all Johnny Mason is really great at being a Customer Service Agent!

I visited Seattle to find an apartment in advance of my move, and found Johnathan Mason to be such a pleasure to work with. He went out of his way to show me all the amenities and several units. Additionally, he provided so much information on activities that the residents have organized as well as staff that are available to help with finding a new doctor, dentist , etc. I can honestly say that having Johnny is a great asset to Cedar Park and I look forward to joining the Cedar Park community next month! In addition to last post: I’ve will say, our current management and maintenance team are so easy to communicate with. We appreciate them very much! The community feeling in our building is good…most of us help and care for each other. There are fun events and vast interests shared. It’s nice! The only issue we have is the yearly rent increase. If it continues to increase each year no one will be able to stay here. For that reason alone I hesitate referring people to live here unless they are aware of it. ***************************************************************** I am starting to appreciate that the management is taking a quieter approach to resolving issues with aggressive tenants. I can see why it’s necessary. The tenants are also appreciative of the new maintenance staff, who are friendly and respectful. We’re happy to see the recent updates in the building and look forward to what’s in store to come. Many thanks to the office staff.

Bad customer service. I wouldn’t recommend putting your loved ones in this facility. The supervisor DAN GALVIN Was extremely rude. And disrespectful, as well racist. I tried having a conversation with him and he rudely shut the door in my face.. and yes I am MEXICAN. Which it shows he wasn’t comfortable with that at all. He doesn’t like people of color. Save your money for a place where they really care about your loved ones and not your money.

They have been doing a phenomenal job during COVID-19. Has stayed open all days except for one day (not for COVID, but for air condition problem). Impressed how they managed to have so many risks under control and delivered much needed service through the challenging times.

Lovely community and the views from top floor public gathering areas (inside and out) are to die for. I love that there is a preschool on site too; lucky kids to have so many grandparents and lucky residents to have little kids to interact with. Great meals, just a very nice place.

I work in another nursing community in Seattle and we have had some of our residents go to Bayview for skilled nursing/rehab. Their team is so thorough and work very hard to ensure they maintain continuity of care. Our residents come back to us better than they left with nothing but positive things to say about their stay at Bayview. Thank you to the team there!

Phenomenal place to bring family to live. Very nice decor. Very friendly and helpful staff. I love the fire place they have in main lobby; its amazing!!! The rehab part in the basement could use a little more work being done to it. But overall great job here.
