I would like to be known that ever since Wilfredo and his assistant obit has been doing a wonderful job and our residents they always on time to take care of the problem they keep the hallways the property clean we are very happy with both of these guys they doing an awesome job I’m a tenant here for 3 years and I see the difference how this building looks now than before Wilfredo and his assistant obit works very very hard and they are doing a wonderful job these two men work hard

  3. Sitting outside in my car not saying anything to anyone and the management decided it would be a great idea to accuse me of smoking weed on the property. Management did acknowledge the fact i was smoking a black and mild but proceeded to interrogate me for 4 minutes . i explained im there waiting on my aunt who is a current resident apparently i am not allowed to be black and parked in a parking lot minding my business IF YOU ARE BLACK DO NOT RENT HERE YOUR SAFETY OF BEING YOURSELF IS HOSTILE TOWARDS WYPPL THAT LIVE HERE. my aunt will not renew her lease. And i also have video proof of this exchange in the parklot with management. I am DISGUSTED
