  1. Recently moved my 90 years+ grandmother into an apartment here. Beautiful on the eyes, plenty things to do and places to be right on sight. Staff very helpful and attentive. Luxury senior living right in the hood👌🏾

  2. Lived her for a year and a half. Really quiet but infested with roaches moved out because of the fact and yes i was clean if you were wondering. Some neighbors have a hard time cleaning up their apartment due to medical conditions which i sympathize with but that’s no excuse. Management needs to get a hold on the bug issue — either they need to have more help in their apartment or get exterminating regularly. I/we pay too much money for rent to constantly have an infestation problem. I have photos of you need proof.

  3. Pretty nice place/ some of the residence may not bath frequently or at all so they tend to leave an awful smell behind.
    Found the NEED to write my complaint: my problem is with the concierge (Jean Gray) when trying to retrieve your packages it always seem like she has a problem. She’s & elder so her behavior is pretty surprising.. she huff & puff & even mumble under her breath. Just ridiculous.👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽 -⭐️

  4. Attractive lobby. Many activities for residents. Studio apartments are standard size and floor plans are decent. Building common areas are well maintained. Outside benches in a garden like setting are a plus. Staff seems to care and are available to talk to.

  5. Extremely poor living conditions. Apparently a non smoking building but residents smoke and ventilation brings it to every other apartments. People already on oxygen and suffering. If you want to destroy your peace and health then rent here.

    Though you don’t pay any utilities, you also can’t control the heat in your apartment and it gets very hot in the winter. The apartments come with an air conditioner built in but it’s still hot inside. They only have one bedroom and studio apartments available. Each unit comes cable ready, and they only offer Comcast. The property is clean and fenced in, close to shopping and public transportation.

    I visited this apartment complex to deliver a gift basket for a sister friend. My sister friend’s sister let me in. It seems like a nice place. I didn’t get a chance to tour the grounds. I would return again.

    Very nice I went to visit a friend and their new apartment Shooters apartment the nicest manager the place is well kept it seems quiet and clean and I think you’ll be very happy there a beautiful place
