- Reviews:Great place to live and very well managed. The landscaping and grounds are beautiful especially walking on the sidewalk around the ponds. The fitness center is top notch, and the pool is great for lap swimming. The location is also awesome if you are a runner, biker as there are sidewalks everywhere. There is also a huge bike path on the other side of Malabar that runs parallel to the ditch (keeping it safe) all the way from Minton to Heritage Parkway. The apartments are only one mile from Winn Dixie and there is a new Publix being built just 4 miles west on the Parkway and Malabar. But the best part about living here is the nice residents and diverse families all sharing the pool together on the weekends. This is the first time I’ve lived in an apartment complex and it has been a 10/10 experience! Angela and Michelle have been amazing with anything we’ve needed help with! Angel the maintenance manager helped us with our maintenance issue so fast and even checked in a few days later to make sure everything was still going okay! I have been living here at Malabar Cove for the past 8 years. While there have been some concerns, loud music coming from cars for example. For the most part it has been quite enjoyable. Compared to when I first got here to now things have changed for the better. There is a better maintenance team. They work hard at keeping the place clean and tidy especially at the compactor! I love my apartment, cozy yet spacious.
I walked in to gather information in regards to the property. I spoke to Alisha. Alisha’s unwillingness spirit to help, nonchalant attitude and her inability to communicate options and solutions effectively was disheartening. As I asked another question in regards to viewing the property, it appeared that she was annoyed about my inquisitive nature in regards to a community I was considering moving into. “She stated she needed to get back to her manager Sharon on a call, that she stopped to talk to me. It made me feel that I was small, and was not a priority. These are the small things that you shouldn’t overlook when meeting a leasing manager for the first time. They more than likely will overlook your concerns during the duration of your time there. Based off my interaction today with management. I will not be continuing my application at this property. Energy is very important, it transcends and speaks for you. Alisha’s energy was not at all pleasant.
I visited a family there who was signing to purchase their own home. Their apartment was immaculate; I know they will be great home owners, providing a more permanent place to raise their daughters.
Worst apartment complex ever! They are a scam they charge for any little thing and are never willing to work with you. They never answer maintenance calls. The walls are paper thin so you can hear anyone laugh yell or talk! Constant complaints about noise! They purposely close their pool on the weekends so no one can swim. They never have parking, I do not recommend leasing from them to anyone!
They steal peoples money, they don’t answer or communicate until you want your money back for poor customer services & no longer want to do business . I asked for a refund these people lied and said they don’t have my money I paid in app fee and administration fees after my bank proved a traced were my money was . They are scammers please don’t give these people your hard earned money.
