  1. Isn’t there a smoking policy around here !?! Tired of having people smoking at their front door at having all their second hand smoke come into our house with full disregard to our health and comfort … doesn’t even deserve one star . Come on management

  2. Not a good place to raise kids. They keep raising the rent hut don’t fix any of the issues in the apartments! They do nothing when u report a issue and only notice what one does but not everyone else. Rude when they answer the phone ! Honestly, for the price of these apartments it’s better to purchase a home

  4. Now they have fixed my apartment but I was surprised how they left it the apartment had the old things still in they just putted new stuff on top of the old stuff . It really is horrible they fixed nothing I still have the old crack since 10 year ago. But the worst part is when you request something to be changed like the refrigerator they just take someone else and clean it they did these to me. So horrible

    Even though I came for a visit and tour, I got so much more. Sandy showed us around and gave us the lowdown on ALL the fun happening here. It is quite impressive, the food was great and they had live music too! Best of all was the the individual care and kindness that we witnessed. Sandy knew all the residents by name and what they were up to. Truly a nice place to live; independent living is the way to go for my future. Update: Sandy no longer works for the company.

    My parents live here and are very happy. The people who work here are amazing (shout out to Genevieve, Patty, Sandy, and Britt!). The facilities are great and include a movie theater, a restaurant, a beauty salon, a nice gym, an art room, a little dog area, and a pub. The activities offered are eclectic and fun, too: cards, wine tastings, art classes, yoga, daily walks in the neighborhood, movies, and trips to places like gardens, museums, and restaurants. The residents are super nice, too and there is a real sense of community. Things that could be better: 1. The menu is supposed to change every three months, but they have had the same menu for the last six months and the food gets monotonous. 2. Also, only one door (the front door) opens automatically. For older people, many who have mobility issues, it is often difficult for them to get in and out of the doors. 3. Finally, when my folks moved in they were told that the fees wouldn’t go up more than 3% a year, but the rise in prices is more like 6% (some even 8%!).

    This place made me realize that retirement is a great thing to look forward to! Sandy gave me a tour and I was very impressed by how happy all the residents were and the camaraderie between the staff and residents. I didn’t imagine I would ever have as much fun as when I lived in a college dorm but that’s what Clearwater reminds me of, except it’s with seniors 🙂 I would trust Sandy and staff completely with helping me adjust to this next stage of life and make every morning an excitable one to wake up to!

    Not only is the facility immaculate, it is also warm, welcoming, and feels like a breath of fresh air. The residents are cheerful, and staff seems to be happy to spend their days there! Definitely a place to look forward to, whether to live there, visit a relative, or tour for future planning!

    The people here are very friendly from the staff to the residents. Lots of fun activities from yoga to card games, social hour and music appreciation. The grounds are lovely and the pool is a great way to relax!

    It’s ok. Seniors are safe but there’s no parking for visitors, caregivers or family to visit tenants

    Don’t bring your loved one to live here. The management does not enforce property management regulations nor health and safety codes. The parking is horrible, visitor parking is always full with cars that people leave parked there for weeks. Some tenants have roaches and management does nothing about it. Many apartments have termites and management has received notifications from tenants and have done nothing. Another big problem is that there is not enough parking for all tenants, only certain tenants have a designated parking space and some have a space even if they don’t own a car. Some have both a garage as well as a parking space. Being a senior living environment, there should be more consideration in the safety and care of this senior community. The availability of visitor parking as well as the handicap parking is very limited and are ALWAYS completely full. If you plan to visit your loved one, or even just for picking up, there is absolutely nowhere to park!

    Not a good place to bring your loved one to live. Management treat tenants rude, and don’t help them with their request. Tenants complaints are ignored. There’s roaches termites, and manager Mary has been notified several times but refuses to do anything to solve the problem with either one. Maintenance person has accused several tenants of lying and stealing. Night patrol doesn’t enforce the rules as well as managment. Tenants have up to two garages plus outside parking some with no car but there’s a waiting list for tenants who are in need. Tenants use garage for storage or to simply hang out. Only 3 visitor parking available for 2 bldgs with 3 floors full of tenants. Never any parking because tenants are parking in the visitor’s parking and if you park any where around the complex you get towed and if your towed you will not find your car, because manager refuses to updated the sign they have to one the law requires stating name and phone number of who towed your vehicle. Very limited hanicap parking for a señor complex there has to be more. Managment company VPM is a joke, and managers are evil, total whitches with the elderly tenants.
