  1. Very nice quiet, but fun place to live and to visit folks that live there. Pool spa weight room library pool room with 4 tables to play some good games of pool. Or just chillin by the pool in the shade is nice too. Visit the neighborhood people are so nice too.

  2. We have been residents of Coralwood Estates for over 20 years and have been through three management teams. The current team is the best property management team in northern California because they enforce all the rules and regulations. We no longer have alcoholic beverages around the pool or droves of children that do not live with their grandparents running around. The on-site laundry mat has been upgraded and is very user friendly. The pool is now maintained at a comfortable temperature year around and kept very clean. The deck tables and patio furniture give it a country club feel. The new gas lines make us feel very safe and as if we won’t have an incident in the community. The driveways and roadways now appear brand new. The paint scheme approved by the office is very pleasing to the eye and the approval for our roof was painless. All our other remodeling meets or exceeds the CA building codes. Ten years ago we had undesirable tenants in the community. The current management weeded out all the undesirables and there are now no residents I would not invite over for Sunday dinner. We are happy with all the rules, regulations, and community guidelines– especially no parking in the streets– in place at Coralwood Estates and can not wait to continue being a part of such a wonderful community going forward. Thank you Maria and Dee for being so wonderful on site as members of our local management team!

  3. A friend of mine lives here and this place is beautiful. So many amenities for the tenants there.. This is the only time I wish I was older than 55; to live there! 😄

  4. I would not move there if it was the only place available. The management is aweful and out of control. AVOID THIS PLACE .

  5. Manager has oppressive rules. Tows residents vehicles illegally. Maria Tovar towed mine illegally in 11/2016. I sued and won $1460 plus court filing fees 12/2016

    IF ANYONE IS MOVING IN HERE BE PREPARED TO SHARE YOUR SPOT WITH BED BUGS. AND IF YOU COMPLAIN ABOUT IT YOU WILL BE CHARGED $1000 FOR PEST. CONTROL TO MAKE THEM MOVE OUT BUT THEY COME BACK!!! AND THE STAFF ARE SO RUDE THEY SHOULD BE CHARGED WITH ELDER ABUSE. DONT LET THEM BULLY YOU INTO MAKING THEM YOUR PAYEE.DONT BECOME A PRISONER HERE CUS YOU CANT HAVE ANY VISITORS. THEY DONT TELL YOU THIS WHEN YOU .MOVE IN. DONT COME HERE!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT!!

    The 22 and 23 busses pass Ralston Tower every 15 minutes during the day. Both go down McHenry to Standiford. The 22 turns at Standiford (McHenry Village, Target) and goes to the mall. The 23 goes straight up McHenry by the Walmart and Golden Corral. Good transit options at this place.

    My mom loves living in her luxury apartment at The Park! She’s living there in a 2 bedroom plus den with 2 bathrooms since August, 2021. The staff takes amazing care of her, especially Jennifer! She helped my mom find the perfect apartment to live in. The food is delicious at the dining room and at The Bistro. And her apartment gets cleaned for her weekly! She’s safe, too.     We toured this facility and was very impressed with the personable and caring staff, the beautifully appointed common areas and the services offered at this facility. The individual apartments are very nice with full kitchens, patios and tasteful choices in paint and carpet. The facility feels like a safe environment for the residents, with amazing options for food and activities, so no one will feel left out, or go hungry with the impressive dining options! We met Jennifer who was the loveliest host, always smiling and forthcoming with information. Every staff member we met seemed truly happy to be there, which was so refreshing! We all want our loved ones to be safe and happy in their final years, and they would be so comfortable and happy here! Fully recommend!

    This place is AWESOME!!! My husband and I had the opportunity to tour this fantastic facility a few weeks ago. Jennifer showed us two different apartments and explained the many activities to continue enjoying life! The Park has a delicious cafe (open to nonresidents too), a chef overseeing meals, an actual menu you can order from that changes monthly, with meals served by friendly staff in a meticulously clean dining room. The decor inside compares to a beautiful hotel with the warmth of a home. There is a full service salon for hair and nails (which is open to nonresidents by appointment). The outdoor grounds and pool are beautiful and inside courtyards are like being in Tuscany! We currently live in a Del Webb 55+ community, but when the time arises that we no longer wish to maintain a home and yard, we will definitely consider this community our new home! Thank you so much, Jennifer for our tour and invitation to have a DELICIOUS, ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5 star dinner with dessert that followed. Everyone here treats the residents like family ♥️

    This place is FANTASTIC!! It is so beautiful and they have thought of everything ….including a Starbucks area!!! They have a movie theatre, gym, library, woodworking shop, craft room, pet area, pool, outside barbecue patio, a garage with a fantastic old car and a restaurant with killer food! Best of all is the staff!!! They have gone out of their way to accommodate and help in some very tricky situations with my parents. I honestly can not say enough good things about the Park! You truly have to see it to believe it. My parents love it!

    EVERY time I enter the facility I’m greeted warmly by the staff. The residents are obviously happy, seem positive and cheerful. The food is AMAZING, and the staff members are delightful. As a fairly frequent visitor I can tell you that the vibe is great! Sherry Gillette, Jennifer Weber, and Colette Robison create a warm, inviting picture of patient and loving service. 5 stars!!!
