  3. I enjoy living at Brookside. Great staff and friendly residents. Just the place for anyone who is ready to leave the things that come with home ownership and turn that over to the maintenance team at Brookside. Wonderfully relaxing.

  4. Friendly, professional staff. Within the first several minutes I knew this was the place. Clean safe environment. Just walking down the hallway all the staff and residents met me with a warm smile and a Hello. I can’t say enough about the way the whole place just made me feel so comfortable.

  5. Brookside has been such a blessing to our family. We moved our grandmother in and it has done wonders for her socially. I used to work in assisted living and with my past experience this place is top notch. The staff is so friendly and accommodating. If you are looking for a loved one you can’t go wrong at brookside.

    Hello. It’s Mae Watson here. My girls located Holiday University Oaks Senior Living for me after an extensive illness. It has coach shuttle to medical appointments, shopping and other events, all week and all the meals, and utilities are included in the monthly rent along with many other services and amenities. I have adjusted well and enjoy my life here.

    No. No. And no. I was a prospective tenant. I was not even allowed to sit with a friend i had not seen in 20 years. I moved to her table. Then i was told that they had a “system”. Then i was asked to leave the premises. The manager should be fired.

    The “community” administration needs some training and leadership. No accountability, no follow up with family member. Have been trying to get answers after the passing of my mother on March 27, 2022. Today is May 27, 2022. Two months ….. and no one will return a phone call with explanation or documentation of her account.

    These apartments have been here in Semmes for seven years. Residents at the apartments can’t get any maintenance done, there is one man & wife that have leaks in there roof and the sheetrock is falling down. You can’t hardly catch anyone at office on site. Their are a number of apartments that are vacant, they can’t rent because the maintenance that needs to be done on them!

    I have a 2 bedroom apartment here. I love it. 2 things keep me from giving it 5 stars. There is no covered parking, and the inability to get someone on the phone. Not even call backs.

    Nice Apartments does it mean to greet going up on the money they’re seniors and disabled people that live there the money it’s too much to go up on treat all of them the same well I don’t have their flowers they don’t have much to live for because a lot of the families don’t come and see him

    You will never get in this place if you do not have “friends in high places…I mean with pull with the office personnel…they say there is no vacancies and the residents say 4 or 5 apts. are vacant. I tried to get the apt. owners name but they refused to give it to me..he lives in Mobile, Alabama..I have tried for 5 years to get in this complex with no luck..I am 74 years old.
