  1. Crestwood Village South is a great place for loved ones to live at. The staff is wonderful and caring. In the Assisted Living they keep residents engaged in fun activities. Activities throughout the whole campus are full of life and very entertaining. The dining room is very inviting and great food. Its nice to see how much all the staff care for the residents that live here. I would recommend to all my family and friends.

  2. Crestwood South has been a great place for our parents to reside. They have a great dining area and lots of activities and parties to keep people of all ages engaged. The director and the staff are always available to the tenants making this a wonderful place to call home.

  3. Crestwood Village South is a well kept senior living community where seniors can go to live happy and make friends and enjoy life. There are scheduled activities and events going on throughout the month that help get residents out of their apartment and give them an opportunity to meet new friends and fellowship. They just had a community-wide Wii bowling tournament! The residents were given snacks, drinks, and yummy cupcakes during the event as they participated and cheered for their building champion. The grounds are so well taken care of. It is a beautiful community. They just recently re-surfaced the entire parking lot last fall and it looks great. The maintenance team is amazing! Their maintenance supervisor just was nominated for Maintenance supervisor of the year through the Indiana Apartment Association. He has been with the company for over 20+ years and they are so lucky to have him. They get all the apartments looking great for the new move in’s and fix anything that is wrong with the apartments in a timely manner. The leadership team is very caring and they go above and beyond to make sure the residents are happy. I feel like the apartments are spacious and priced extremely fair and suit the demographic in the area.   4. I love my apartment and people’s that works for Crestwood, they understand your concerns and it is all about the resident’s. I live at Crestwood East for 6 year’s and it was sold to another company and it was bad, so I move over here and I love it thank you Crestwood South.

  5. Although I didn’t move in, they were very hospitable and accommodating. Jodell, Sylvia especially; thank you! Apartment was too small for me, but a lot of options were available.

    The manager was so sweet and nice. Dana was knowledgeable and helped me step by step through the application process. She was so respectful towards me and sometime seniors are made to feel like the don’t matter or should be discarded, it was nice to see a young lady have so much respect for a person she didn’t even know. The residents I met the day I came in talked so highly of Dana and the community and all she does for it. Who wouldn’t want to live here! I know I can’t wait.

    Nice newer apartments. Surprisingly they had gas stoves, not a fan of especially in that kind of setting. I did have issues over their prices, everytime I would check them out they were raised. They had a chart on the website showing that I would qualify for low income housing there but when talking to the leasing agent she informed me I didn’t qualify. The website makes the rooms look bigger so I was a little disappointed when I actually saw one. The bathrooms were nice, big and handicapped accessible grab bars and all. The storage room was a really nice bonus. Plus they do have a one car attached garage and are all one level. Nice small clean community located next to both the fire department and police department. The prices are gas stoves were my main disappointments.

    I am revising my initial review. The manager of Beech Grove station called me today and was very kind in reaching out to me. She explained to me the number of hats that she wears and all the responsibilities she has and she said that she is the only person in the office. My husband and I will more than likely be making an appointment and going back there and learning more about Beech Grove station. I appreciate her taking your time to call me and explain all the hats that she wears and that she is the only person in the office.

    The property appears fairly new. I spoke with several folks that currently live there & consistent theme: manager Sheila is a nasty person. Another consistent theme: hefty rent increases with little notice. I spoke with manager Sheila & she was so rude I hung up. I am wondering if Ms Sheila who gave a 5 star review & raved about wonderful office staff is same person as manager Sheila? If so, complete conflict of interest & inappropriate. Consensus of current residents was also that many times office is not open during normal posted hours. Consider carefully before applying, highly recommend speaking with a few current residents.

    Based on first impressions, the leasing agent is an exceptionally personable professional. She made sure that my application was complete, educated me about tax credit complexes and how it affects my rental amount, showed me a vacant unit and discussed amenities and complex activitied. It will be a pleasure to live in a complex that is managed by a person that is professional, as well as, good natured.

    Crestwood Village North is located on a hill right on the Monon. Most applicants go on a waiting list to move in because it is very well-respected and sought after. They offer fitness instruction and fitness classes in addition to having Resident Services Consultants in each building to assist residents and plan life enrichment opportunities. The community has recently been updated with new windows, sliding doors and siding.

    Stopped by today. When I walked in I was greeted by the smell of human waste (solid and liquid) and was treated extremely rudely by what appeared a tenant with dementia. A seriously sketchy facility IMHO. I would avoid like COVID.

    Crestwood Village North is a nice community that is close the the Monon and shopping centers. They have a wide variety of life enrichment activities, so the residents always have something fun to participate in. I love that they have a free wellness program offered to anyone that lives there.

    My mom lives here – it is comfortable and affordable. Utilities are included in the rent. Nice lobby area for residents and generally something going on: games, exercise classes, etc.

    They were very courteous and respectful. Helped me immediately and took care of my needs even though I did not have an appointment. I was in a lot of pain and discomfort and everyone was so kind. I need more work so I will go back.. Thanks to Dr.Jaynus, Rae, and Amanda.🙌
