  1. Via & Josh have really made the renting experience so much fun! I really love these two and they made everything really easy to understand when renting some place new!

    I really enjoy living here so far, I’m only a few months in! The walls are pretty thin, but the floor plan is very nice. I do wish some things were more updated in our unit specifically, but the grounds are always nicely kept and for the most part it’s a quiet, peaceful place to call home.

    Thank you to Via and Josh especially for always being so sweet when I come in with any questions or complaints!

  2. I had a great experience with the front office manager Via, she made my move in a breeze, and helped me with any service issues in my apartment ASAP! I never had any major issues with my place but if I ever needed help I knew I would be able to catch her in the office and she would resolve the matter while I was there. I wish I could of stayed another year here with this great management, but my career is taking me elsewhere unfortunately. But if I ever move back to Gilbert I’ll be sure to stop by this property first! Thanks Via for making my time at Cambria a breeze!

  3. Wonderful experience so far, everything was a breeze, really. Maintenance man Matthew is speedy & excellent ! I give 4 stars because it seems like Devin is the only person working in the office.. so in the beginning to me moving in, it was difficult to reach anyone! But Devin was pleasant and efficient! No complaints there. Very quiet community – family friendly place !

  4. This was a totally unacceptable experience. I had a full-size washer when I went to work I came home to a much smaller size washer that the maintenance person give us looks like he went to a one-bedroom room apartment and removed the washing machine from it. This is not the same size at all. I can’t even get a Comforter inside this little machine. I’m very disappointed and feel as if I need to move out. To get some service because I pay for a full-size washer and have a mini machine that belongs to a one-bedroom apartment. I have been living here for over 9 years and pay good money for rent. They don’t or
    have not replaced any appliances but you bring me a smaller used machine. NOT SATISFIED WITH YOUR TEAM!!

  5. I’ve been to MANY apartment sites and I have to say this apartment complex is the best hands down !! From the time I walked in I got treated like ROYALTY!! Madison was so friendly, energetic, inviting and just overall a GREAT attitude. A lot of leasing agents can learn a lot from her! I’m overall highly satisfied , the community is just beautiful, top notch! I will highly recommend anyone to come visit and just tour and you’d be amazed !!! So much storage space, HUGE bathtub, just overall clean and absolutely beautiful!!! This is my top choice out of about 15 options.

    My parents were intent on aging in place at their home of 23 years in Chandler, Arizona. However, following a medical event, my brother and I decided it was a good time to begin investigating independent living communities, with an assisted living option. After viewing five other communities, we toured Sunrise of Gilbert. A decision to make the move to independent living, and selecting Sunrise of Gilbert was almost immediate. The atmosphere is bright and engaging as soon as you enter the front door. Many residents were milling about and enthusiastically wanted to know if my parents would be joining them at Sunrise. Our tour guide was extraordinary as she described the available activities and transportation options. The apartment selected was larger than others we had toured, and all the community areas were spacious, well decorated and extremely clean. The community made the move-in process easy. My parents are completing their second week as residents and are very excited to be part of Sunrise.

    I work at Sunrise of Gilbert as a server and I absolutely love it. It makes me happy when I have to come to work to serve the residents. My favorite part of my job is talking to the residents and hearing all the stories they have to share. The facility is great with great amenities for the residents and lots to do. This is a great place and everyone gets along great. I couldn’t be happier to be a part of the team!

    This review speaks to my experience of helping my father’s journey to decide to move and secure a 1 bedroom independent living apartment. Our process of searching began several months ago but accelerated recently when my dad had a medical issue that reminded us we needed him closer to us. We came to Sunrise from the recommendation of a current resident (who has lived there for several years). If it is good enough for him, we figured it was ok for my dad. The Sunrise team were responsive every time we called. They provided tours and even a sample meal. They are being very flexible about the move in arrangement and providing lots of info, including a great moving company. The Cami was especially helpful. I’ve been over 3-4 times and It does not feel like a nursing home. Instead, the environment of the common areas are more like a country B&B inn. There is a front desk concierge, multiple comfy common living spaces. The hallways from apartments to common areas are inside (no walking in the heat). The halls are wide and have chair rails large enough to hold on to if someone is unsteady, with sitting areas throughout the halls if someone gets tired. Inside the apartment it feels like any other apartment except that they have panic-cords and handles in the bathroom, plus interior doorways are extra wide if a wheel chair is ever needed. The actual move is few weeks away so I’ll be back to let you know how things go.

    I have been working at this location for a year now as a housekeeper, and I still love it! Usually when I start a job I don’t feel welcome, but at Sunrise Senior Living, everybody is just so warm and welcoming I felt like I was right at home, it’s unbelievable! I’d say my favorite thing about Sunrise is building relationships with the Residents, when I clean the rooms that I have assigned to me or am passing in the halls, I love love love chatting it up with the Residents, we always have a good laugh, I get to hear about them and their stories, and sometimes I get great life advice from them! All in all, I have had zero complaints, problems or issues since I’ve started this wonderful job at Sunrise! Honestly can’t think of a better place to work 🙂

    I toured the community at Sunrise of Gilbert this month and felt it was a great place to move my grandma. She will be moving here in the next couple months for sure. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was clean and organized. Cami was very knowledgeable and showed she really cared for the residents even addressing them by their names. I showed up again unannounced on a weekend just to see if I would get the same result and I did. This community is a 5 star in my book.

    I visit Mariposa Point every day, I am here for my residents and to make their experience a more enjoyable one. We as a team strive to make every day special for our residents. COVID has had a huge impact on our day to day life but I feel that Mariposa Point has gone above and beyond to really move our residents forward and continue to thrive. I am happy to see this day by day. If Mariposa was on Netflix, I would highly recommend. 10/10

    Mariposa Point of Gilbert is a wonderful place. When I first walked in, you could tell it was a warm and caring atmosphere. The residents are always out and about, doing some kind of activity. Happy Hour is the most exciting. The residents are well taken care of and the staff are all super friendly. You can see it as soon as you walk in. I am always greeted with a smile and the relationships the staff have built with the residents is amazing.

    Mariposa Point of Gilbert is a hidden gem in the East Valley. I am extremely excited to have been given the opportunity to work for such an amazing Community. Our residents and their families are the best. Our staff embodies team work makes the dream work. The Leadership team an staff work side by side on a day to day basis , to ensure the resident stay safe and are well taken care of during this Pandemic. I would definitely recommend this Assisted Living Community to any one looking for Senior placement or looking for a great rewarding employment opportunity.

    I am an employee at Mariposa Point of Gilbert, being in the senior living world for the past 14 years has given me an example of the what communities should be like. Mariposa Point has really gone above and beyond for our residents, specially with this Pandemic that we are living thorough. I want to write this review to show appreciation to the team that enriches our seniors lives daily. Our care team- you rock, our leadership team for standing side by side the rest of our team and being 100 percent hands on!!
