  1. I SWEAR, these are some of the nicest leasing agents I’ve dealt with in a HOT MINUTE! Anytime I had an issue or questions about the property, they never failed to do me wrong. The maintenance guys are on it if you need something fixed, and, aren’t total creepers, like at the other property I stayed at. I must admit that I enjoy the resident activities like the food trucks and the giveaways. It gives me a reason to interact with my fellow peeps here & there. Lol

  2. The front office staff was very helpful as well as the maintenance support team to ensure the move from one location to another went well. Their office area is fun with coffee and drinks and snacks, the fitness center is easy to get into and I’m sure they’re pull is delightful in season

  3. Been at this location since September and ZERO complaints. The entire staff ranging from maintenance to the managers are attentive and actually care about the upkeep of the community. Just put in a request 20 minutes ago for some wasps to be taken care of on the porch. Maintenance already showed up and sprayed! Thank you and keep it up!

  4. Had a wonderful experience touring here. Moving from out of state can be daunting, but Kelsey was warm and welcoming, answered all of my questions, and even went above and beyond with restaurant advice and things to do while in town. If my move happens it will definitely be to Grove at Park Place!

  5. As a resident for almost a year and a half I absolutely love living here! The amenities make the property worth it. The office staff is extremely helpful, and always greets me by my first name! The grounds are always kept clean and things are taken care of in a timely manner. The location makes it perfect for easy shopping access. Overall I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a home!

    DO NOT MOVE HERE. Other tenants break into cars here. When you try to report it to the front office they’re never open or available in the office. The office hours say open on Saturdays from 1000-5:00 yet no one is here at 1:35. Also the maintenance people don’t know how to do something as simple as putting in a new shower head with out it squeaking or leaking. Been here for a year…and it’s gone down hill since last year.

    Going on a year living here now the there’s new management it has been really bad I loved it at first how the community git together for events now they dont do nothing pool be closed the playground used to be more safer for kids .people breaking into people’s car and stealing wallets this didn’t happened with the old owners ..rent is going to get higher for whattt??? It’s says luxury apt but there’s NO SAFETY OR SECURITY HERE

    Very nice and clean community to live in. The apartments are in good shape inside and out. If you have issues, the maintenance staff will help out within a few days. Faster for emergencies of course. I talk to the management, employees, and maintenance staff in the leasing office frequently or sometimes just in passing. Very down-to-earth an genuine people. They seem to care about the community. We also have community events like food trucks, BBQs, bingo, etc at least once a month. The area and especially the apartment complex feels safe. And it’s remarkably quiet at all times of the day. I thought it would be much more hectic, but it’s actually quite calm. The pool and gym are nice and never too busy. We don’t hear much from our neighbors below or next to us. We’re on the 3rd floor so I can’t speak for above us. Not sure if everyone near is is just quiet or if the insulation is good. What’s not so nice are the cockroaches or water bugs that you have to deal with once in a while. They are very active during summer nights. Especially if you’re farther to the back of the complex near the garbage compactor. I usually see about one every night in the stairwell up to my apartment. However, they don’t make it into your apartment very often. I’ve seen three in the house in about a month. While they’re scary, they want nothing to do with you. Just eliminate them with a shoe or something. And if one gets away, they will either die in the house soon in some corner or leave the house again. The likelihood of seeing the same one twice is very low. The apartment does do regular pest control. But you just cannot avoid every single one. That’s just part of living in a big apartment community in this climate. I would not hold this against this place since I am sure that many other places deal with the same thing when there are lots of people producing a lot of trash. I would recommend this place to anyone.

    I’ve loved everything about living here so far (been here a month)! Super quiet, safe community, great staff. The few neighbors that I’ve seen around so far have been friendly. Maintenance has been awesome the couple of times I had to have anything done. As for others mentioning the bugs… yes they are creepy but they aren’t as plentiful as was stated. At least not in my opinion. I’ve seen 2. I would highly recommend this community.

    The Regency is the best apartment community in Fayetteville! Wonderful staff, excellent apartments and amenities, peaceful community, and convenient location are just some of the reasons we love living here. We love being a part of the community events that are offered each month, too! We’re so grateful to call Regency “home”!

    I moved out here in September of 2020, and my experience since I have been here has been wonderful. Ms.Natasha the Apartment Property Manager and the Maintenance man Mr.Ike has been very reliable and responsible when it came down to anything needing replaced or fixed in my apartment. Ms. Natasha also assisted me in setting up my account for the Residential so I can pay my rent, she also help with any copies that I needed. Ms.Natasha has gone beyond her duties to help and complete her job and Mr. Ike. Thank you for all that you’ve done for me I really appreciate it…

    Have lived here since the place opened. First one in my apartment! That has been great! The Apt. manager, Natasha, is absolutely fantastic. She is clear about her role and upholds MVPH in all things, yet she is also willing to help anyway possible. The maintenance man, Ike, is equally as great. As in any complex, there are some good neighbors and some not so good neighbors. BUT Ms. Natasha has done a good job in weeding out those who would make Capes Landing a rough place to live. Kudos to her.

    Deborah’s Condo (that’s what I’m calling it) is just one of my favorite places I’ve ever lived. It is clean, spacious, conveniently laid out and peaceful. I immediately felt right at home with the Capes Landing manager and maintenance. There are always smiles and a “how can I help attitude.” The laundry facility is easy to use. The landscaping is carefully laid out. I’m looking forward to spring to see the flowering. My neighbors are kind and respectful. Thank you, Miller-Valentine Group, for providing such a lovely next place to live.

    I love, love, love, (did I say love?) my new apartment. The wait was well worth it. Natasha (Site Manager) is a jewel and Ike ( Maintenance Manager) is the man!!! Moving from out of town . . . This is one the best choices I’ve ever made!!!
