  1. I am waiting to move in, I love everything that they have to offer. I planned to live there (If I get to move in) for the rest of my life. It’s very beautiful, with lots of activities, even though Covid-19 has prevented a lots to do. I want to be around people my age or older. I was so impressed how clean it’s is. I worked for people my age or older, since I was 18. I can’t wait for peace and quiet, well with a little noise, lol.

  2. We moved our mother to Wellington Village in January of 2021. After living in Cleveland for 92 years, we were concerned about her transition to a new city plus a new home. The residents and staff at Wellington offered such a warm welcome and she is loving this new chapter in her life. With Covid restrictions slowly being lifted, she is excited about the upcoming programs and events being offered. Friendly, caring, clean, helpful, and beautiful are the words we hear our mom repeat when describing her new home. We agree that it’s a truly wonderful place!

  3. I had a major problem with my bedroom window. I placed my work order thru the online resident portal. It was processed in a few days By Angela Gonzalez and Larry came to my apartment to check out the issue. He immediately took care of the problems. He was friendly, respectful, and very professional. Ms Gonzales was in the apt and noticed another issue and immediately put in for a fix.I really appreciated the way the two handled my maintenance issue.

  4. I want to say thank you again to Angela Gonzales for another 2 maintenance issues taken care of in such a timely manner. Kitchen sink leak fixed within a couple of hours (thank you George) and Carpet stretcher did a great job, very respectful and professional and was brought to my apt by Angela herself. Once again thank you and very satisfied.

  5. The complex is well maintained and the landscaping is beautiful. I love my apartment – it really feels like home. The residents are very friendly and welcoming and there are many activities available as well as trips to area stores. Maintenance is responsive to request and takes the time to explain how things work if I have a question.Connie, the manager, is very pleasant and always checks to see how everyone is doing. I would highly recommend residency at Wellington Village.

    The manager was great very friendly very polite answered all my question was very patient with me and I am grateful that I went there to fill out the application hopefully I’m a big accepted but the place was very very wonderful family friendly atmosphere.

    It is very unfortunate that i have to post this but Cindy in management has been lieing to my 77 year old grandmother for months. My grandma applied for section 8 back in December/January. Assuming that Cindy would let her know when she was approved she let months go by until she asked her about an update in March. Cindy lied saying she hasn’t heard anything. In May we decided to contact CMHA ourselves and found out my grandma was approved back in February. Cindy was completely aware of this but decided to continue with the lies. Cindy was confronted and did not deny her awareness. She simply said I guess they want me to take the paperwork down there. Here it is June, she still hasn’t receive assistance from CMHA and she has called Cindy twice within the last two weeks and she’s chosen not to respond back to my grandma. My grandmas voucher is set to expire June 3. If she’s done this to her who knows how many other seniors had to move out because they could no longer afford the cost of living as Cindy just sits in the office refusing to help seniors with something so simple as dropping off the documents needed for CMHA.

    Some residence are smoking in their in their rooms, the smoke comes up through the vents and fills the hall. The call box for seniors to buzz someone in have been broken for way to long. This makes it very difficult for them to buzz in nurses, therapist and for deliveries. The maintenance team are wonderful, kind and helpful.

    I would like to know why are these apartments being built so far out and without any access to public transportation. They just built another one out in Gahanna in the middle of the woods.

    The veterinarian is always thorough. Always listens to my concerns. Always explains my sons dogs diagnosis. I couldn’t ask for any more loving and caring staff and doctor. Thank you.

    My experience with this company (Woda group) has been horrible, I completed an application and paid the $35 fee, this was during construction, I was then notified that I was put on their wait list. I started to apply for another one of their properties, and was told that I would have to pay another application fee, I declined. I believe that this company is just taking seniors money. I have checked my credit report and to date they have not checked my report. They have built a couple of buildings since I had originally applied and I have not been contacted. STAY CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!

    The application process has been seamless. The property manager is incredibly friendly and professional. I felt valued and confident in the process since the moment I submitted my application. I look forward to starting a new part of my life in Columbus knowing I will have a wonderful place to call home.

    My daughter went there this morning with my phone I don’t go there anymore at all because July 31st of 2021 going there 10 minutes before they closed someone went in and took $150 off of my direct express bank card and I haven’t been back since
