What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. I absolutely love that they are upfront about their prices. They provide quick, efficient, and great customer service when dealing with my car. They also have environmentally friendly car wash and interior cleaning. This is my top choice when getting my oil changed.

  2. Hands down the absolute best automatic car wash in the area. 100% worth every penny, not one blemish left on my vehicle. The price for this service is only $26 and can be lower if you choose less options.

  3. Spent $50 on wash and interior detailing for my daughter’s car. She plays softball & the car was admittedly dirty, but so disappointed with the service provided. Rear of vehicle and cargo area were not touched at all. Front of car was vacuumed and dash was wiped down, but it was a very cursory cleaning. Spoke with manager who told me to the interior detailing is “not really a detailing service.” Could have spent 1/10 of the money at our local self-service car wash and the vehicle would have been cleaner.

  4. (car wash) Barely touched the top of my car, spots left on the sides and entire ledges on the back untouched. If your car is DIRTY Dirty, this is not for you. I park under a tree and had built up dirt and sap and leaves, which is why I’m assuming the wash didn’t do much. But for $26, I expected to at least get some of the top of the car.

  5. I went to get a car cleaning knowing I should’ve just cleaned the inside of my car myself. But I had no time today and I saw that they weren’t that busy around 3:30pm so I figured, why not? I sat down in the waiting area as the INTERIOR of my car was getting cleaned. To then notice they were bringing my car out 5 mins later. I immediately knew they rushed the inside of my car. I get in and notice my cup holders, arm rests and car seats were still dirty. There was lint everywhere like they just passed a dirty wet rag right over my dashboard. They threw my car mats back into my car soaking wet. They didn’t have the decency to wipe them dry after. I have a toddler and I could tell they didn’t even bother to wipe my back seats being that there was still dry milk splotches all over the seats. My car was NOT that dirty – it is a new car but I figured they could not mess that up it’s an easy job. Unfortunately I feel like I wasted my money and now that I’m trying to call the front desk they don’t answer their phones. This is the worst experience I’ve had here and this is not my first time coming to Orloski’s this is like my tenth.

What Services Do You Get in a Touchless Car Wash?

Touchless car wash is a type of car wash service that uses high-pressure water jets and chemicals to clean the vehicle without the need for brushes or physical contact. This method is preferred by many car owners because it reduces the risk of scratching or damaging the paintwork or any delicate parts of the car. Here are some of the services commonly included in a touchless car wash:

  • Pre-soak: The process starts with applying a cleaning solution or pre-soak to the vehicle’s exterior. This helps to loosen dirt, grime, and other contaminants.
  • High-pressure rinse: Next, a high-pressure water jet is used to rinse off the pre-soak solution along with the loosened dirt and grime. The high-pressure rinse ensures thorough cleaning of the vehicle’s surface.
  • Tire and wheel cleaning: Many touchless car washes also include a separate step for cleaning the tires and wheels. Using specialized cleaning solutions and high-pressure water, the cleaners remove brake dust, dirt, and other debris that accumulate in these areas.
  • Undercarriage wash: This service involves using high-pressure water jets to clean the underside of the vehicle. It helps to remove dirt, salt, and other corrosive substances that can accumulate in this hard-to-reach area.
  • Spot-free rinse: After the vehicle has been thoroughly cleaned, a spot-free rinse is performed. This involves using filtered water to prevent water spots or mineral deposits from forming on the vehicle’s surface as it dries.
  • Hand drying: While touchless car washes aim to minimize contact, some also include a step for hand drying the vehicle’s exterior. This ensures that no water spots or streaks are left behind, leaving the car looking clean and shiny.

These are some of the services typically included in a touchless car wash. It’s important to note that different car wash facilities may offer variations of these services or additional options depending on their specific equipment and processes. If you’re considering a touchless car wash, inquire about the specific services provided by the facility to ensure they meet your needs and expectations.

Cloud 10 leaves you and your car in cloud 9! When they say car love made here, they actually mean it.

Cloud 10 car wash perfected the car washing experience with extreme attention to detail.

Customer service usually greets you at the pay station where they assist you in one of the 3 lanes.

The actual car wash is high tech with gray machines and a pleasant human touch.

An array of cameras keeps track of customer satisfaction throughout.

On leaving you have an amazing interior cleanup experience with 20-30 stations, each with multiple vacuums and an air dryer. There’s also a rug cleaner.

This is the best car wash hands down. I have bright my car here since they have opened & I have had no problems at all. To the person who said the wash had scratched their car, that personally has never happened to me or anyone that I know that brings their car to the cloud. Stop trying to get free stuff for your scratch that you probably had before the car wash, given that you give everyplace you go to a 1 star review. Also the staff and management that works there are very kind and helpful.

My first time going to this establishment for car washing services. Unfortunately, their customer service was unprofessional and extremely rude. I had difficulty putting my car in neutral and understanding what I needed to do in order to have my vehicle go thru the car wash bay correctly. The gentleman who was trying to assist me became impatient quickly while shaking his head and rolling his eyes at me. I’m used to the standard car wash places which are different but wanted to give this place a try for a different experience. It doesn’t hurt to politely and respectfully explain directions to customers especially when it’s their first time using a different kind of car wash. Disappointed in the experience I had at this establishment.

The service is good and I love the fact that I pay once a month and I can go as much as I want and I can vacuum my own car the way I want and take as long as I want. The price is not bad either.

Convenient and close to my house. I think it was $2.50 to start, but I’d put $3.00 to do the best wash and rinse. Fir those of you that need to keep your car clean for driving business keep track of your car washes and write off in income tax.

Just another example of Wilkes-Barre being consumed by the ghetto. Was able to deal with the loud offensive music and the overflowing garbage cans, but today the 1st two vacuums I used did not work and then when I got to the wash the drain in the bay was clogged. Sad.

I just bought the works at the automatic car wash. Unfortunately, the car wash stopped working halfway through the cycle. I called all the numbers I could find including the one posted on the building. They are out of service and I’m out $12.

How to Protect Your Car’s Paint After a Car Wash

Keeping your car clean is important for both its appearance and its value. But even after you get your car washed, it’s important to take steps to protect the paint job. Here are some tips on how to protect your car’s paint after a car wash:

  • Wax your car regularly. Waxing your car creates a protective barrier that helps to repel dirt, grime, and other contaminants. This will help to keep your car’s paint looking its best for longer.
  • Use a microfiber cloth to dry your car. Microfiber cloths are soft and won’t scratch your car’s paint.
  • Avoid using harsh chemicals on your car. Harsh chemicals can strip away the wax and sealant from your car’s paint, leaving it vulnerable to damage.
  • Inspect your car after every car wash. Inspect your car for any damage, such as scratches or swirl marks. If you see any damage, report it to the car wash immediately.

Here are some additional tips to protect your car’s paint after a car wash:

  • Avoid washing your car in direct sunlight. The sun can dry the water on your car’s paint too quickly, which can cause water spots.
  • Don’t over-wash your car. Washing your car too often can strip away the wax and sealant, leaving it vulnerable to damage.
  • Park your car in the shade. Parking your car in the shade will help to protect its paint from the sun’s harmful rays.

Here are some additional products that can help protect your car’s paint:

  • Paint sealant: Paint sealant is a clear coat that helps to protect your car’s paint from the elements.
  • Car wax: Car wax is a type of polish that helps to protect your car’s paint and give it a shine.
  • Waterless car wash: A waterless car wash is a type of car wash that uses a spray-on solution to clean your car without the need for water.

These products can help to protect your car’s paint from the elements and keep it looking its best for years to come.
