Best place to stop after a long interstate travel and get you nice wash, friendly pets.2 months agoAbsolutely love my Unlimited wash package for my daily driver Silverado, but I take care of my fathers Mustang as he has past, and I only drive it sparingly (like once a month) so I really wish I could add it to my unlimited but for more than just a couple bucks off. Otherwise it’s $20 a wash for the same thing. It’d be cool if they had like $5 extra a month for one wash on another vehicle.2 years agoLoved this as always. This was the first time I visited this specific location.The employees were great and the area was well staffed. The loader was friendly and the tunnel itself was so cool looking. I loved the theme and it was truly a great wash. The car came out really clean and the tunnel itself was super clean. Love this car wash was great. I highly recommend that everyone give it a try.
2 months agoGreat service! Loved getting my Carwash here. Only reason I had to cancel my monthly membership was because I had to move and there are no other rainforest locations near me. Everyone is always helpful, polite. They even give my dog a treat if they see him in the car. Canceling my membership process was easy and they were kind and understanding.2 years agoThe haunted car wash was pretty cool. Idk about the $20 fee for a 3 minute trip through the car wash but still the characters were awesome and very interactive. Great for ppl with kids that want a scary experience and can’t do a haunted house or hayride

5 months agoMonthly plan is worth it. Mild winter plus the plan made sure my car didn’t rust from all the salt on the road. Vacuums are a nice plus too. Just Mcdonalds customers get weird about getting to the car wash side.a month agoI got my car washed and I’m going to vacuum the car. I take everything out of the car, including 2 car seats, take the vacuum hose, and it is not working. I’m looking around. I see those guys from inside and ask them what is going on….they told me that they are closing and have to stop. It’s 7.48pm.. the Google shows that they should be open until 8.00pm. They could mention in the beginning that they can wash the car, but I will not have time for vacuum. Bad and rude customer service.. Is August 28, and they closed 10 minutes early.3 months agoNice clean vehicle. Not crowded, cars move though fast. Lots of vacuuming spaces. Area to clean mats. Paying monthly carwash fee will save me money. Would recommend.4 months agoThe car wash is decent and the vacuums. There’s no where to put your floor Mats to sweep them except on the ground. And don’t pull up asking questions because the lady will tell you, you should have read the big sign out front. Terrible customer service. I’ve been going here since they opened, maybe 6 years ago? I have the platinum wash which is the fully loaded package, I’ve taken probably 10 different cars through this wash and they always come out spotless, they keep improving the automated wash which is nice, they maintain their equipment very well, and staff is always friendly. I have never had an issue with this wash where it damaged my vehicle, The free vacuums are very strong, and it’s fast and efficient! The only thing that could make this wash better is if it was touchless but I’m not sure they would be able to accommodate the amount of cars they do now with a touch less system. Overall though if you wash your car more than a few times a month, it pays off to get the premium monthly membership.
Sgt clean is a top notch local chain of washes. I love the pass I have and go all the time. I got my car washed this morning in Westlake and then stopped in Parma later after a bird pooped all over my car, while driving home. I love that most of them have vacuums and compressed air. I hate when I leave a car wash and the water drips and leaves spots all over! Some of the locations could use better internal drying too…

The smell at this particular location is absolutely HORRID!!! It smells like something died or sewage backup. I literally dry heaved the entire time my car was getting washed. No on3 has a clue what the smell is.
Car less than 1 year old. Wash always misses long horizontal 2 inch wide piece under trunk lid. Very dull finish compared to rest of car. Passenger mirror gets knocked askew about every other wash so I have to pull over after wash to get out and fix it. Have monthly plan and get it washed once a week.
