5 months agoI have been a member since I decided it was more economical to pay for a monthly membership opposed to paying each time I washed my car (about once a week, if not more) and I have not been disappointed!I love the power spray at this location (hopefully the Stadium location will add that) along with the vacuum lanes.
Unless I move out of town, I don’t see myself canceling my membership and always recommend this place to friends and families.
3 weeks agoAlways excellent service! Everyone there is on top of their game and ready to help with anything! Monthly Subs are 1 penny right now and Il telling yah to go now! They said that deal ends on Sep 30th. Best wash and service I have ever gotten and they have free vaccuums!! I quit going to drive n shine. Keep up the great work guys.3 months agoWas freaking out, as the conveyor moved my car to the end, and there were pieces of… other cars in the track. I mean, what can you do? hit the brakes? I cannot 100% with unlimited certainty say that the missing piece of my driver door is due to using the car wash. I CAN say that the person in front of me had a quarter panel that did not leave the car wash with them. I can also attest to the terrible damaging noise that we got to listen to, helpless, as my subaru got hung up in the mess.I’ve a free car wash still. Guessing that’s gonna be the case for… the rest of time. I see where they responded below, wondering if maybe I didn’t know where I was.

a year agoIt’s very convenient to get unlimited carwash with $19.99 a month. They some categories of wash starting from $19.99 up to $34.99 a month. I have the $19.99 membership. It just cleans my car. Although, the back of my car Doesn’t get cleaned to be honest. The Back stays dirty. I don’t know if the other plans do a better job in back or not. My car gets dirty easily because of a broken street I have to drive through to my workplace. So almost every other day I go for my carwash. And everytime the back remains dirty. Don’t know if my whiles were supposed to get cleaned or not. FYI: the Tires don’t get cleaned.

3 months agoIt’s good for a touchless wash. And after 7 pm, it has a few bucks discount. But the dryer is not strong enough and it stayed mostly wet. Also, the back of the car always has some soap left (multiple times).4 years ago$428.97 Car WashI’m extremely disappointed with Xtreme Clean Auto Wash on Westnedge in Kalamazoo. I went to Meijer’s to fill a prescription for my wife as she was just released from Bronson Hospital after having a heart attack. While waiting for her medicine she wanted to have her car washed. So I decided to try out Extreme Clean Auto Wash for the first time since it was located in the parking lot. I patiently waited nearly 30 minutes while 3 vehicles got washed ahead of me. The wash is extremely slow as it takes about 7 minutes per vehicle. Finally we go through the wash and the dryer blows off the right front panoramic roof panel on our 2015 Ford Edge. We try to find someone to help and nobody is working. We try to call the number and no one answers. We call again and again and no one answers. We leave a message. Finally, we get someone who advises us of all the things they require to file a claim. So I fill out the long claim form, take a bunch of pictures of all the damage. Take pictures of my license plate and vehicle number. Get an estimate to repair the damage, which came out to $416.97. So I finish all the the requirements and email the information to them. I try and call again and no answer. I call the next day and learn that it is being reviewed. I leave another message and then I get a corporate email denying my claim because they have a sign that says “operator is not responsible for damage.” The told me the panel must of been loose before. This is not some old worn out rusty car, this is a 2015 Ford Edge with 40,000 miles on it. It has been routinely driven for 5 hour round trips to Chicago all fall for my son’s College football games. It has been through many other car washes with no problems. It was driven over 30 highway miles from our house to the car wash. If any panel was loose then it would surely have come off. So know this if you go here. They will not cover any damage. The wash is also extremely slow. With just 3 cars ahead of you it will be almost 30 minutes before your car is through the wash. The dryer blows extremely hard and could damage your car and they will not cover that. If you have a problem there is nobody there to help. You have to leave a message and wait. The wash did a poor job too. Soap residue along with dirt was left on the car as the wash and rinse cycles are weak before the hurricane force car wrecking dryer kicks in. Avoid this place at all costs or your $12 car wash could end up costing you $428.97
6 months agoStaff was friendly, and we didn’t have any problems, but I do have to say that there was still a fair amount of soap left on the windows and there was still a lot of residue.3 months agoPremium soft touch cleans very well but the dryers do not dry like they used to when it first opened. So bring a shamwow or towel to finish drying it.5 years agoI am a big fan of the Xtreme Clean Auto Wash locations I have been to prior and was excited when I saw they were upgrading this one. However, when I tried it after the new machinery was added I was disappointed. Coming out of the wash the back of my car was still covered in dirt. For now I’ll be sticking to the Plainwell/Otsego location until I’m sure this one works properly.

Hello! I have recently gone through a deep depression and had not cleaned my car in over a year (yes, maybe a little bit here or there because there was too much trash, but other than that it was DISGUSTING). I went to use the outdoor vacuums after the car wash. Katie (my new friend!) set me up with a great monthly plan so that I can keep up on my cleaning (and get to visit her). She was very helpful, kind, and lovely. I would recommend this place to everyone I know!
I’ve been to this car wash twice and they scratch up my paint every time. This time my back window is covered in scratches. To top it all off: the worker let 5 cars cut in front of me in line. Will not be returning.
The car wash itself works great and get my car very clean. The interior vacuum area is also great. However, this location seems to close significantly before we their posted 8 PM close time which is very frustrating when you’re paying for a subscription service. The damp towels that they provide for the interior cleaning smell like a 10 day old dirty wet sock. They are so musty that your car ends up smelling worse after you use them. Not to mention the smell that lingers on your hands for the rest of the day….
They have a great deal going on right now, so I thought I’d try it out. I’ve been happy so far. I gave it a five-star at this time because of the service. The staff member I signed up with was extremely knowledgeable about what the business had to offer and most importantly he listened to what I was looking for in a place like this and guided me to ensure I’d get the best out of my experience.
Love this car wash! It is very well taken care of, vacuums always work well and there are rags to clean your interior if you get the pass! Jeremy is an excellent manager that is always very professional, helpful and kind!! You won’t be disappointed! Plus Michigan winters: this car wash is a must have—you can detail your car inside when the snow is coming down and mud is never ending! Don’t stay inside during winter—get out—detail the car—get a coffee or whatever!!
