a week agoI’ve visited this carwash for years, even back when it was Firehouse. The last few times I went the wash is OK…. what I’d expect for a drive through – and the employees are pretty friendly. Free vacuums are decent. However, the price keeps going up, they don’t dry the car, and now… two days ago I went and they have a machine so YOU CAN TIP THEM! They don’t even dry your car… they just run you through a machine. And the wash is OK. Of course I added one because it is very pressuring to be asked about it while the guy is right there pressing the buttons for you. Seriously? If your employees need a tip, PAY them more. Shame on you Mister Car Wash!a year agoI have used this Midland Michigan car wash place on Joe Mann blvd for a couple years and initially I thought the price was a bit high but I was very happy with the cleaning job and actually told others of my good experience. I don’t know what has changed but in recent uses I have not been satisfied. I have taken my car thru the process the last three times and it still leaves dirt and bugs. In fact I have talked to the very cordial entrance attendant and he specifically went through the process to alert the entry employee of the dirt problem but this did not change the results…my rocker panels under the doors never got adequately cleaned. See images. In addition bug marks on the front of my car remained as well as some on the side panel… see images. I also see a new scratch mark I suspect may have come from the machinery. For some reason my photos’ would not upload …I may try again.4 months agoMy family and I like this car wash except it’s a little weird how someone always comes out to greet you when you have the sticker that automatically opens the vehicle gate. It’s kind of awkward and totally not necessary. The greet happens when you meet the person who motions you in. They usually do a good job of prespraying our car too. Highly recommend this car wash.5 months agoScratched my new Jeep all up. Got my Jeep Grand Cherokee washed Friday 4-28-2023. Got out to check it over because the wash usually does a pretty poor job the first time through. It leaves dirt in the contoured areas of the lower body. The brushes must have a hard time getting at those areas. If it’s bad enough I complain and they’ll run it through again. It comes out decent the second time through from my experience. Well, when I got out to look it over after the wash I noticed an area where the bumper was noticeably scratched. Closer inspection showed a lot more light lateral scratches that were obviously from the rotating action of the lower brush on the passenger side. I showed the general manager Chris. He took pics and said they would investigate. I called them and they said they can see the scratches are there in the video prior to the wash. I don’t believe that. Pretty obviously car wash damage and it wasn’t there before or I would have noticed. Not a good business to deal with. Avoid them.12 months agoWell I had my first bad experience at Mister car wash on joe Mann blvd! I have a membership with them, well did! I now canceled.. last thursday i went threw the car wash and the gentleman that was cleaning off my car pressure washed the front oh so well and I thought wow thanks like he is doing a great job cause most of the time they dont even spray your car.. Well i realized a chunk of paint was missing off my hood in that same spot. My car is new & haven’t had it but a few months so I go speak with the manager and he takes pictures and says takes 3 days to investigate and he will get a hold of me or email me… well 5 days later he leaves me a voicemail so I call him back within a half hour to call me back.. didn’t hear from him the rest of the day.. so I then call him again and nothing. So I waited and called him today and nothing again so I called the 1800 number and I get a call back from the manager. He was very short said he reviewed the camera and my car was like that before I went threw and that they will not cover it and I told him my insurance will be in contact with them and I will be going to small claims court and he said do what you have to do and hung up on me! I wasn’t gonna make a post but I am highly upset and I wad told from others they had a bad experience and now I am right there with them!!

2 months agoSummer peak in July and still closed at 7 pm ! This is the time of the day I usually need to get my car washed! Figured it would have extended the hours…I guess I need to cancel my subscription as it becomes days before I catch them open to meet my schedule! However, their equipment really cleans my car well! I like going there.a year agoI went through car wash, I noticed that my back wiper was hanging down, I got out to fix it & it just fell off. Nobody has contacted me. I got an email stating that someone would contact me and now it’s been two weeks and still no phone call. So final I stop in to let them know about it. I guess no one checks this website. So they said they would not fix it because I had a dent in and that’s why my wiper broke off.The manager “said” that he checked the camera. But I’ve been a member for 2 years now. I know for a fact that if they check the cameras they WILL see that their car wash broke this back wiper!!
