I switched to Wash Masters from my previous membership(Car Nation) because the upkeep of my previous car wash was terrible and they tried to raise my rate anyway. Wash Masters is well cared for and the service is always positive. The staff is friendly and helpful. Overall I’m highly satisfied and would totally recommend.a week agoWorth the money, at least for me. Washes Tesla really well. No swirl marks or anything. Never had any issues, even with my emblem covers.Unfortunately I had to cancel because I’m moving but this is an excellent car wash. Highly recommend.

I also used the free vacuums and they are very strong and get the job done. 10 out of 10 recommend!a month agoI went to Wash Masters a few days ago and had a regular experience like I’ve had there before. It wasn’t until I saw my car the next day that I noticed how many soap spots there were. It was upsetting since I take my car to meet with clients and am having to take it somewhere else to finish washing it.4 months agoI have 4 vehicles & they all get cleaned up there! a month agoHad a run in with this wash several years ago never went back. Recently saw this place still offer a $6 wash and everyone else it $10 or more. So I decided to give them another try after several years. Well, noticed something odd on my paint a few hours later. Look close in the picture. Looks like lots of faded runs. Those were not there before the wash. It’s on both sides. Can’t say I will be going back. This is going to take a like of buffing to fix.in the last weekUsually closed or closed more often unannounced. Since last 3 times, it’s closed every time I’ve arrived. Either their machine goes out of order more frequently or God knows what.. low rates is a trap, prefer to pay higher but go to car wash which is open and would wash car properly.2 months agoSuper friendly staff! The guys came out to make sure I wasn’t having any issues with the automated machine to pay for my car wash. I was super surprised they even had people drying the car at the end and not just relying on the automated blow dryer. I will be back when in that area of town again.4 months agoI have been using this car wash frequently since getting my new car. The staff has been really friendly any time I’ve had to interact. They have REALLY revamped their vacuums recently. Evident by the fact that it caught my key fob in the cupholder the last time I was there and sucked it up REAL QUICK. Those incredibly awesome guys were very patient with me during my freak out time and within 4 days the manager was texting me to let me know it was found. Granted I wasn’t the only one within a week they had to find a fob for, but the fact they were willing to do so makes a huge difference! I’ve never had a bad wash there in the 4yrs I’ve been using them and will continue to give them my business.3 months agoShut up to the car wash is 6:09pm. Wanted a full detail and the manager said sorry we’re not doing for car washes right now because we close in an hour walked away from a $40 car wash but instead I spent six dollars. I wonder how much longer this business is going to last. But people like this will certainly help this business not last very long. Terrible terrible. Terrible.

I dropped my Kia Soul off right at 8am when they opened and they finished around 10am. I asked for a full detail, less the carpet shampoo. I had a ton of pet hair in the car, and that’s always been difficult for other places to get out. I just fostered a dog and drove her 8 hours to her new home, so the car was a MESS.
When I tell you I don’t see a spec of pet hair in this car…I am so impressed with the speed and quality of this detail. The car smells and looks amazing, aside from the self inflicted dings and scratches, my car looks and feels brand new!! If I wasn’t moving out of state tomorrow, I’d be a frequent customer here. I didn’t wait on the property, walked to Target lol, but when I did interact with employees they were all friendly and professional.
Total was $126 + tip and it was worth every penny.
Come here every now and again for a oil change. They are good about checking your fluids and vehicle tire pressure also which is nice to have done. We also get inspections completed here when needed and in area. Fast efficient service. Car wash is nice also I just personally do not like getting out of my car for washes so I usually skip the wash.
Oil change / state inspection and car wash for my son’s car. Arrived about 9:00 am and only waited a few minutes. Service completed fairly quickly. Then drove around back to join car wash line. Still i was in and out in less than 20 minutes. They usually do a good job hand drying the vehicle afterwards. They also honor a military discount which I appreciate. Will continue to take my vehicles there.
Best car wash in town. I try to get here early because the wait times can get pretty long. Normally takes about an hour to detail my truck. When it’s busy it can get up around 3 hours. The price and the quality match so I drive across town and pass probably 4 other car washes to come here.
Today was my first time here. I was looking forward to the experience because their packages sounded better than many others I looked at. I expected the outside of my car and windows to be actually cleaned and any water dried off, but unfortunately that was not the case. Definitely not worth the nearly $30. Service was still prompt and employees were very kind.
