5 months agoAwesome car wash. Several price points. Thorough car wash. They have *moist* towels for cleaning the exterior and interior. Mat washers which work awesome for cleaning plastic or rubber mats. High pressure vacuums, plus smaller high pressure air compressors. Plenty of room, makes cleaning your car efficient and highly satisfying 😌a month agoI went through this car wash about a month ago and saw scratches from the wash! I’ve reached out via email and voice mail with ZERO response from anybody, so here I have to post…. This new car is kept in a garage and hardly driven. 100% these scratches were not here before this car wash.Edit: since the management commented – I’ve still heard absolutely nothing, today is Aug 9th. I just tried to call again to leave yet another VM and both the management and regular voice mails are completely full, I can’t leave a message and no one is answering the phone any time I’ve called.
2 months agoI took my vehicle to wash it today. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY Rocket Express off 11400 so and Redwood Road. They have everything to clean your vehicle from the car wash itself (Longest in Utah), to the rug/floor mat cleaning machines, hoses, clean clothes free to use as many as you need, vacuums! The Rocket Express Team are excellent help if you should need it. They treat every single customer well here!! Thank you for your help today Garret. I will drive out of my way to go here. The wash does an outstanding job, the vacuums always work well, the mat cleaners do an amazing job, and I love the fresh towels that are provided! At my most recent experience, Chris was extremely helpful.a month agoSo I was just finishing vacuuming my car and The vacuums are so powerful and I wasn’t paying too close attention to the aux cord dangling with a lightning Adapter connected to it. Next thing I knew my adapter was gone. I just want to give a special thanks to The manager, Jonathan, even though he is just a temporary manager for this location, he notified eveyone and started shutting down the vacuums for just a couple minutes and went out of his way to find the adapter in one of the vacuum collectors. Give this man a gift card or something! Such a nice guy and definitely deserves e some recognition for his outstanding customer service. Very hard to come by these days…thanks again Jonathan!

a year agoCame with my car and paid $32.12 for full service. Kids were in a rush and bad clean my windshield. Then sent me to the detailed and inside cleaning. There was another kid with a serious face expression, said: “We can’t do that we are about to close.” I asked why they charged me then? He replied that he could talk to his manager and return my money or come back another day. He never apologized. When I asked who the manager was, he replied that he was the manager. When I came back home frustrated, I noticed my windshield was dirtier than before!!! What an expensive hassle and waste time!!!11 months agoOh my gosh! I just went to this car wash for the first time. I don’t think I will ever go anywhere else. When you pull out of that car wash, there is a group of amazing men who make your car sparkle and completely dry! They don’t just skimp on it. They don’t wipe a wet towel all over your car, expect a tip, and wave you on. They go all out! They dried my rims, made them shine, my tires, all the edging in my mirrors and my windows…. It was awesome. It was so unexpected though, so the whole time they were working, I was searching through every inch of my car for any tip that I could give them! (Fail!) I tried to see if I could tip them with Venmo or PayPal and they just smiled and nodded and said don’t worry about it, but were genuinely kind. They were completely gracious even though I didn’t have anything to offer them. The car wash itself was great too. My car looks fantastic. ***I recommend this car wash to anyone driving down redwood road!a year agoI bought an unlimited pass but that was a mistake. The last two times I have gone for a wash and quick detail they were closed during their regular business hours. So I paid for a pass just to drive up the street to Rocket express car wash (which is reliably open during posted business hours) and pay more money to wash my car there and vacuum it myself. Bad business sparkle, I am canceling and won’t be back, that’s for sure.4 months agoFriendly staff, however they do not clean the inside of your car anymore unless you have a monthly membership. They do however provide free vacuums and cleaner to do it yourself so give yourself some extra time if you aren’t a member. They do dry the vehicle after the wash and do a great job.2 years agoDisappointed in the carpet shampooing. Almost did it too fast, about 30 minutes. Looked good inside the detail shop, once I took it home and put the floor mats back, actually still the same in the sunlight. Looked cleaner at some spots but still the same. You get what you pay for. Go to an actual detail shop.

Love having a membership for all our cars. Especially great to get the salt off the cars in winter. Easy to drive through at anytime and the new ceramic coating makes it extra shiny. Love the dash wipe, vacuums, and towels to dry your car afterwards. Only thing missing is something to clean your floor mats.
I was pretty surprised after paying $26 for a car wash to find that my car wasn’t spotless. The back of the car had a strip of dirt . There is a lip there, that’s no excuse. It came out filthy around the mirrors and there were spots left on the windshield too. Glad I didn’t buy a membership. Vacuums had weak suction, and I wish I’d looked up prices before getting in line, I had no idea it would be so expensive. At that point I figured I’d go for the finest ad a treat but while my car is cleaner it’s definitely not up to my standard. The guys at the front spent plenty of time telling me all the benefits of a membership. Perhaps they should have spent that time cleaning my car.
Love being able to go whenever I need thanks to having a monthly membership!! Never had a problem where vacuums didn’t work well, or I didn’t have enough towels to get everything cleaned and dried the way I wanted! Staff has always been friendly and helpful, even when it’s high stress due to amount of cars or trouble in the tunnel! Great experience over all!
I used my moms car while mine was in the shop and she said “Go to Quick Quack, I have a membership”. I never been to this car wash before, I have a membership at Mister Car wash since it’s the closest to my place. The first thing I noticed about Quick Quack is they are open later than my frequent car wash. That’s a 2 hour difference. Points for Quick Quack! I pull into the lane and the process was quick to check in with staff, and I was handed a dash cleaner. At mister car wash, my check in is through an RFD scanner & there have been times it hasn’t worked. Quick Quack has a different culture and I like it! They even provided cleaning towels at the vacuum stations, with 2 different types of vacuum bases to work from. Even their trash is larger enough to throw things away. I was amazed by my experience. Looking to move my membership to Quick Quack once their newest store opens down the street from my place.
Shout out to this Quick Quack in Sandy! Noah & Collin are the coolest guys at this shop! All the other staff are great too but these dudes stand out by far! I’m in sales at Southtowne Mitsubishi & when we need to serve a happy client fast these guys come through in clutch! They never take tips and always say “We got you” thank you for keeping the customer service alive in the industry! Give them a raise!!! 10 stars all day! Let ‘em know Tattoos & Dress Shoes sent ya
