a month agoFirst time here and I really liked the way it cleans my car. It has different types of machines that reaches even the most difficult part of the car. Although we still need to consider that doing it manually won’t be the same than doing it through a car wash. However the results are very good2 months agoVery bad! I don’t recommend to anyone! I arrived at the car wash and my car looked better before the car wash than after!!5 months agoThe woman that helped me (I believe her name was Heather?) was phenomenal. She offered me two complimentary air fresheners, a dry towel, and a wipe for the car interior. She explained a current promotion they were having for their monthly wash membership. I declined the offer today but she still upgraded my wash so I could experience the top tier wash.Will be returning again and am definitely considering a membership when I get a new car!
a month agoTerrible car wash vacuums don’t work any of them couldn’t suction a leaf ! You pay $15 for a wash and tire shine goes everywhere but the tire . Employees say oh sorry ! And it’s been open for years now a dump now no investment! And one lane open for customers other 2 our vip seriously! They make u back out ! DUMP2 months agoThis carwash location is first rate. If you want you can get unlimited washes, but have the option to pick what you want washed on car. You also get a free air freshener with choice of three fragrances. When you are done they have free vacuums with very strong pressure.

I have been coming here for over 3 years- I am here multiple times per week with my cars. The employees that work here are always professional and friendly. There are 3 that stand out- Michelle takes her time, and is very thorough with the interior car cleanings, she makes sure windows and tires are always taken care of. The managers Ron and Francisco are also very professional and willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is done properly. This Delta Sonic stands out in so many ways but Michelle, Francisco and Ron are great at leading the team.
Been a customer for a long time brought my new car in for wax. Was applied wrong had to come back next day still not 100%. Have to go back again. So after I brought the car back and they re-buffed the car, it looks fine now a week later I go through the car wash which I visit probably five times a week with my brand new car while going through the car wash. I heard a scraping noise on the roof of the car when I got done I pulled over to the gas pumps and found a scratch across the complete top of the roof along the trunk lid and scratch the spoiler Called someone out. They looked at it. They start a claim seven days later they sent me a letter stating that they don’t think it’s their fault ride to the body shop down the street got a quote to fix it for $2500 and he showed me he had five different claims from Delta sonic car wash yet. They won’t touch anything so now I’ll be forced to file a small claims today. I’m going in to talk to a lawyer because this is ridiculous. It’s a brand new car and Delta sonic is the only one that washes the car, I’m so upset I can’t give less than one star unfortunately
I had the great experience with three of the best workers there. They helped me out when I had a flat tire and they saved my life in this situation. I appreciate everything they did for me and I would recommend anyone going there. Ask for three of my new friends. Armando, Daniel, and Francisco. They did a great job with all my requests and met all expectations.
“Yesterday, I ended up at a car wash that was recommended to me as having a good reputation. My car was so dirty that I was almost embarrassed to leave it there. I was assured that their ‘extra wash’ would leave my car looking brand new, and I left my car with them at 11 in the morning, returning at 4 in the afternoon.
However, what I saw was far from the promised quality. They couldn’t even manage to clean my car properly. The details that were dirty remained dirty, and as for the interior… It was a disaster.
I paid, and they didn’t even deliver what I came for. This is absolutely unacceptable, and I am deeply disappointed with this car wash. In the future, I will undoubtedly be looking for another place to get my car cleaned.”
I wouldn’t recommend this car wash to anyone, trust me, you will deeply regret it.

1. They scratched my car door. It looks like something abrasive was rubbed back and forth over the door.
2. They threw everything in one bag. Sunglasses. Trash from the floor. Face masks from the center console. The owners manual. Complete disregard for my things.
3. The carpets were soaking. Like with puddles. Took over 24 hrs to dry. I was told by the manager this was normal. Perhaps they should invest in a shopvac.
4. They left a little light on in the trunk causing my battery to die every 2-3 days. I’ve bought a new battery unnecessarily and now I had to pay a mechanic to figure that out.
5. For all this, it cost a staggering $240.
6. There was a chemical residue everywhere I touched for a couple days.
Update 9/5: I filed a complaint at the dealership. Which I had to go to in person and fill out on their tablet. I was supposed to hear back in 3-5 business days. That was 8/18. My e-mail on 8/29 remains unanswered.
Update 9/10: I received an update by conventional mail. They do not believe they are at fault but sent me a $25 gift certificate. When you look at the scratch pattern on my car door, please know that it has literally never been hand washed before.
