They got my dog Vera in pretty quick as I got there first so they didn’t skip me even though more people walked in right when they opened and we were waiting in the car until then. They were great with her and I loved the cost too. Highly recommend to anyone looking for basic care for their pets. We got updated shots and had them get my dogs microchip info for me that I lost. The tech was so nice and friendly.

  4. Difficult to get an appointment to have your animals spayed or neutered. He is friendly, but did hear one person talk about how overwhelming it is when we drop the animals off in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon. I do appreciate their pricing, because if not for them, many animals would not be able to be fixed

  5. This place is great!! The staff is always ready to assist!! The best thing I love about them is that they follow up if needed with a phone call or text. I wish they had appointments!!

    I have become pretty stingy with my 5 stars because, well let’s be honest, service has declined pretty much everywhere recently. Not here! The moment you walk through the door, you’re greeted with a smile and a welcome from whomever is working the register. The staff is super attentive, I don’t remember ever having to ask for help, the staff finds you and makes sure you’re finding everything you need. The prices are pretty evenly matched compared to other pet stores but blows the other stores’ customer service out of the water. Just bought my baby bearded dragon from them and he’s flippin’ perfect!!!!!!!

    I purchased my betta fish from this location. The staff is very helpful and able to answer any questions I may have. They take good care of their bettas compared to Petsmart, Meijer and Petco. Every time I look they have a very good selection of all the fish. The prices are cheap as well (around $10 for a male betta). I have never had a problem with any fish purchases and would strongly recommend adopting a fish from here!

    I just wanted to get on here and say how appreciate I am to the Uncle Bills staff in Fort Wayne! They are knowledgeable, kind, and attentive. They give advice based on needs even if it leads to me not buying anything. Got a referral to a vet clinic open on Saturdays! I’m there at least 1-3 times a month. Great job!

    Has a huge selection of fish. Was impressed with this store. Clean and the animals looked well taken care of. Pretty young staff, so that’s refreshing to see. Lots of neat fish tank setups too. Someone knows what they are doing.

    The staff is always so friendly, the prices are great. I visit once a week and have never found a pet store that comes close to this store! I have 6 animals from here and they are all beautiful, healthy, well tempered. The staff is so smart and helped suggest the best diet and habitat for my animals, I don’t trust any other store with my needs.

    Staff is SO helpful. If you don’t see what you’re looking for, ASK. My dog food appeared to be out of stock. A worker asked if she could help. Apparently, stock had come but not on the shelf yet. ALSO scored 2 shirts for my 85 lb. “Baby” on clearance for $5ea. SWEET!

    The store itself has a good stock, I will NEVER goto the groomer again, the girl there couldn’t even tell when my pup had his rabbies vaccine, and then asked me what type of trim I wanted and when it old her what I wanted she said we don’t do that because he is pup, if you don’t do that, then why ask what I want. I should’ve said do what I want as that Is what should be done as I’m a paying customer, I will now be going to a private, Profesional groomer and will see to it that the grooming at petsmart be re-trained and act in a professional manner.

    I go here all the time and never an issue but today the cashier with the balding head at register 3 around 12:10pm made smart remarks towards me because I thought there was more than one line with three registers open. When It was my turn she turned off her register and turned it one when I reached another register.
