  2. I went to the SPCA in November and adopted a kitten. She is the most amazing girl in the world! She is such a sweet baby, she came already fixed and healthy! I love everything the SPCA does for these animals and I strongly encourage people to seek options here!

  3. I got two cats from here. It was a clean shelter with healthy looking animals and a helpful tech. I would rate it higher, but they gave my email address to outside companies as part of the adoption. I did not authorize this and have had to deal with the spam since then.

  4. Adopted 2 Cats here. First was 13 years ago and again last Sat. The facility is very clean the people there very caring and the animals well cared for. Very happy with our adoptions! “Magic” is a great cat.

  5. I had a great time at SPCA Cincinnati. Everyone was so helpful and I got to try to interact with several of the dogs there. You can tell the dogs are treated great there and the employees are loved by the animals there.

    I would give zero stars if I could. Had to call five times with the line just ringing until it hung up on me just to find out if they had what I needed before taking a trip to the store and wasting my time and gas for them not to have what I needed and all they had to do was answer the phone, It’s sad I’ve never had this problem until now. This store will be losing me as a customer.

    Grooming review: Peggy did a great job! Marshall seemed to be happy being there. Peggy even rushed for me since I had scheduling conflicts. I recommend Peggy. Cons: I was told 3 different prices, each one increasingly more expensive. They charge 5 extra dollars for weekend prices when I tried to schedule for Fri at 11am. And then charged me 15% more for his grooming saying he was a schnauzer (does he even look like one? ) instead of a Shiz Tzu mix which is what he actually is. I wasn’t even told about the price increase until after the grooming service was complete. I like to know how much I am spending and do not like to be taken advantage of so I may call the manager to have a chat. I do not think any of this has to do with Peggy as I was told this the manager decided. Also, they do not have the ability to tip via CC so bring cash to tip your groomer. If the pricing issue had not occurred I would give 5 Stars.

    The employees were very nice and helpful. The prices were average in comparison to other pet stores. One item I needed was an online only item so I would advise to check with the store first to see if what you need is in stock!

    My pet has been with Banfield for 12years. They were awesome. I could call , talk, pick her up , take her to them whenever and for whatever I needed them to help and care for my dog. since she was 1 year old. Also, They helped me with her final care when she got sick and transitioned. As I said ,Banfield in Western Hill s Plaza, “you were awesome ” thank you for taken care of Sue. Ms. Bailey.

    Lowest priced pet immunizations available. I have 2 dogs, so this is great. They only take the animals back for their shots. I hate it, but since my dogs are only getting the legally required and necessary vaccinations, I can accept that. The staff is super nice. Unlike some places I have been to, they actually seem to like animals.

    Had a great experience. We had our 3 year old dog spayed today. She’s home now, and everyone there made the experience much less stressful than we were anticipating. They were really sweet and loving towards her, which was amazing for us. Would definitely recommend it to others! Plus, it’s affordable!

    Such nice, friendly, and caring staff. What a wonderful program! I simply can’t say enough! My family recently adopted two kittens! I was quoted over $500 via my vet to get them both sterilized!! I wanted to be the responsible pet owner but I am a single family income and simply CANNOT afford $500 for that. This wonderful program made it possible for us to get the kittens taken care of for under $200 even with the extras like a nail trim!! The building was clean and smelled nice, considering all the animals that traffic thru their facilities! The staff was very efficient and informative, and I would like to thank them all for all their hard work. Please know the impact you have on individual families and even the community! Thank you for providing such a wonderful program! And making it possible for middle class families to provide good care for their fur babies.

    I adopted a dog from Cincinnati Animal Care and due to them being overwhelmed with dogs and cats, I had ti take him to UCAN to be neutered. The staff at UCAN was also quite busy. They did an amazing job with organizing and getting people helped and they even trimmed my dog’s nails. It was a good experience.
