  1. Groomer sent my dog to the ER needing multiple paw stitches! Gave them written and verbal instructions that my Australian shepherd was afraid of the blow dryer & needed to be securely fastened to the table. Both of which was completely ignored and a hour later I received a phone call that my dog was being rushed to the ER after she apparently “broke a nail” turns out she had a large laceration on her paw that was bleeding through multiple bandages and needed stitches. The grooming manager was very nice and understanding about the severity of this but the groomer Carmen needs to be held responsible for ignoring instructions that I gave before and after I dropped her off. Extremely negligent and needs to be held responsible for ignoring patient records. She’s had 10+ grooming and never an issue because the groomers are told prior verbally and written to not to use a blow dryer on her. Lucky that I don’t sue her for this but thankfully they’re assuming all charges for Carmen’s lack of training. Extremely disappointed !!!

  2. I took my dog Willow to be groomed and Jannice did an amazing job!! She smells so fresh and has a beautiful manicure! She was very gentle with her and clearly loves what she does

  3. The entire team performed a fantastic job! I made a call to the shop before I arrived. When I got there, the employee had everything ready for me. Both the cashiers and Chase, the staff member who assisted me, were outstanding. There is no doubt in my mind that you should visit this establishment. I had an excellent time. I’ll surely keep visiting this store to shop.

Grew up in Irving and PetSmart has helped me throughout the years with all of my fur babies.. every fur baby is completely different so I really appreciate the employee’s time and knowledge they give for whenever a new baby comes into our home. Extremely professional always happy and they always know their stuff . THANK YOU PETSMART EMPLOYEES FOR DOING WHAT YOU DO

  5. This location is only “okay” as far as staff friendliness, cleanliness, and wait times in the line. It’s kind of hit or miss, which would be three stars. A lot of times they’re out of the food I need. What made me take off one more star is the way the animals are treated. I usually just grab food and go but the other day I had time to see. The animals. Lots of sick animals. I believe this turtle was on its death bed. I tapped the glass to check and he slowly opened his eyes. I told the cashier and he did not seem to care one bit. What a shame. This place is supposed to be a place for people who love animals. Obviously there are people working there who don’t think an animal’s life is worth it to take care of them.
    I will find somewhere else to get my dogs food.

    I was nervous about the first time grooming. This place is super Friendly, best haircut, very knowledgeable staff. Annie did his hair cut and this is him after haircut. If you want a awesome place to groom this is one. Thank you all coming back again for sure

    First off they took 4 hours to groom my small dog ..I grew concerned & we showed up to see what was going on..when I asked what’s taking so long the groomer had a very nasty attitude.. she brought my dog from the back & asked if I wanted to take my dog as she was wet only had shampooing no grooming whatsoever ..I told her yes at this point becuz I certainly didn’t want her touching my fur baby with that nasty attitude..finally a supervisor came forward offered us something to drink & another groomer took our baby & said she would groom her & she did a pretty good job..& we were finally done in about 5 hrs.. which was ridiculous to have an appointment..so never again will I ever bring her back there..I wish I would’ve gotten her name..up until Saturday they were alright..so I just wanted to warn others..I could just imagine how horrible she was behind doors with the dogs.

    I am livid! You need to announce on your app or somewhere that “you will cancel grooming appointments after 15min late”. I made a grooming appointment online, checked in online but arrived 20min late to the appointment. I was told by the grooming dept that they would NOT accept my pup late. I wasted my drive to and from for this horrible business. Glad I have choices… Let me try out Pets Plus grooming. BYE!!!

    Came here last night before closing time and the staff was very helpful but I lost my phone. When I managed to contact them this morning they were extremely helpful once again and on top of everything, they recovered my phone and even took extra precautions to make sure I could identify it and unlock it before handing it to me. I really, truly appreciate their kindness and assistance during an already all too stressful holiday season. The manager was truly great! They really made my Christmas. Happy holidays and Merry Christmas to the entire staff, thank you so much!!!

    A couple weeks ago my husband and I came to visit a local shelter. We didn’t intended to adopt, due to fact we both already owned two dogs. But, when we saw Thor and Layla we both immediately fell in love. We were told they were both found together on the streets, and have been in the shelter since August, knowing that they both shared a special bond we couldn’t separate them. So, we adopted them both and now they’re both happy with their new fur siblings. I would like to add the people that worked there were all friendly. We observed the handler who was taking care of the large dogs & who also showed us Thor & Layla, that she loves & cares for them. Thank you so much for taking such good care of our dogs. We are very blessed and our hearts our full now that they’re a part of our family.

    Got Maverick(pup) and Tostada(kitten) when they were 2 months and 5 months babies in July. They just turned 6 months and 9 months babies now. Couldn’t take Monkey, Maverick’s brother but hope he is doing well in a new home 😊. They are the cutest !

    The facility was super clean and did not stink nor was it overwhelming. It was the opposite, it friendly, welcoming and bright. Volunteers are really available near the animals to answer questions and help in any way. It was a super positive experience taking my grandmother to get a new dog. We couldn’t have asked for a better match! Bonni is doing great and adjusted to her new home and even made a new BFF with her new cousin dog. 💗 thank you. 😊

    Very nice people. The animals look well taken care of. The cats get a play area for them. I adopted Hartford about a month ago and he loves his new home. 💕 He loves his brother Miko (the almost all Grey cat) they get along pretty well. Hartford loves cleaning his brother and he loves sleeping on the bed with us every night. ❤ he’s so sweet to my daughter and just such a great cat. Highly recommend coming here.

    I went to get rabies and microchip for my dog. place is nice and clean. Vet nurses were awesome. For my location, rabies and chip were free. I definitely would recommend this place.
