  1. We like stopping in this restaurant about once a month for a meal. So far, they have not disappointed me nor my wife. We have enjoyed the Seafood New Orleans, sticky ribs and a couple of pasta meals. They seem to have kept a good full menu. It’s a shame some restaurants have pared down their lunch and dinner menus. I am glad Ruby Tuesday has been able to keep theirs.

  2. I only needed Nutro Natural Choice Crunchy Treats, my dogs love both types, mixed berry and peanut butter. They are on the front row so I was in and out quickly. The cashier was very nice as they usually are. I’ve never had to wait very long there.

  4. Love placing online orders for store pickup! The prices are always comparable and never run out of what we need. So lucky to have Petsmart near our house, so convenient!

Joseph was very helpful and the lady that checked me out was friendly but in my opinion the customer service on the phone and online as well as some employees in store, like the girl that was at the counter that said Banfield,, she was unhelpful, she totally ignored me , never asking me if I needed help so after waiting for her to finish with the customer ahead of me, I just left and went to find some other help, again Joseph took care of me instead. I noticed throughout my interactions with your employes, some of the customer service employees could use additional training, issues have happened on quite a few occasions. Additional training assures that the customer won’t be made to to feel that they are not acknowledged as a valued customer, which is disappointing! After training employees for many years with Marriott hotels in Atlanta GA, I gained great knowledge of great customer care, I realize there are time constraints, but good care can still be shown. Though I am a retired Army veteran also, I would be happy to assist Petsmart with my employee training knowledge that I was taught, it can help, this led to my promotion to upper management from a front desk clerk and I would be happy to offer free of charge. Today there seems to be no time for true customer care, which increases profits. im aware after working for many years in Marriott hotels management, that some customers can be very rude and difficult but this comes with the job of dealing with an unpredictable public, but those who carry themselves in a kind and professional manner, expect the same from a company’s staff also!     We adopted our dog from one of their adoption days and she has found her forever home 💕 We have purchased many staple items here and all have been of excellent quality. We now shop here for all of her food and treats due to the quality of the products and the knowledge of the staff. Everyone is so nice! Great place! Good staff training! 👩‍💻👩‍🚒🐶

    It was my first visit here & they were so friendly and helpful. I had just moved to the area and was having trouble finding my cats food brand but this place has such a wide selection, they have the brand and even multiple flavors to choose from. I was worried my cats were getting sick of the same taste after a couple of years so this is perfect. Also, the worker who helped me was so friendly and had amazing customer service

    Joseph was fantastic. I can’t say enough good things about him. He was extremely helpful with all the questions we had about my friends dogs allergies. He showed up which products were on sale based off what our individual dogs needs were and even shared tips on chewing sticks and other items for my little dog. At checkout he let me know they deliver pet food (unfortunately not to the Graniteville area though) and talked about what was best for my dog and my friends. I highly recommend going in this place.

    I give four stars because my only complaint was that they are the only no kill shelter in the area but they had no room for dogs but cats are everywhere can someone tell me who to contact in this area that is a no-kill shelter or do we only have one in the Augusta area

    I got both my dogs from this shelter, and couldn’t be happier. The dogs can be very loud when they are in the back, so I was a bit nervous, but once I was in the yard with either dog, they were instantly adopted. I tell everyone to get their dogs here.
