  1. Nice and helpful staff. I was looking for a dog kennel and they had plenty of different sizes, which was a plus because all the nearby pet stores didn’t have what I needed. I rated four star because the last visit for dog food and the place smelled horrible. Maybe that was a one time deal because today, it was clean and was not smelly like before. They had fish, birds, various rodents, and I believe turtles. They were stocked with everything.

    Edit: updating post to say, after visiting more, it hasn’t been smelly as the one time I went in. I’d expect some light smells, as it is a pet store. The staff was very helpful and friendly.

  2. I wanted to purchase neon tetras. I went to the fish section and there were 4 tetras. No salesperson was there so my wife went to the store front and got a salesperson to come to the fish section. When I first got to the fish section, there were no other customers present. When the salesperson finally got there, she waited on another customer first who ended up purchasing the fish I wanted. First and last time for me in this store.

  3. Staff is great, the dog food prices are expensive and some are absolutely not worth and it some are. It’s up to the buyer to know what’s good quality vrs name brands. My dogs love going there because they get to pick out a toy and treat. As I said before, the staff is really good and knowledgeable about leashes, collars and toys. I also have birds but the selection is small but again the staff went out of their way to help me find specialized parrot harness.

  4. The staff was really friendly. We took my mom’s dog Molly in to get her some treats. She picked out a chew toy as well. The trip wore her out 🤭

  5. The employees are nice. The available products are sparse. It’s good if you want to pick something up in a hurry. Parking is always available.

    I’m never one to write a review unless I had terrible service but this salesperson David was amazing! He was so jolly, really seemed like he loved his job. Usually I go in there and get bland customer service but David was smiling the whole time, sharing some things about the item I bought, and told me about some other good items in the store! He was just overall amazing. He had the service I hope to see everywhere else I go but never do till today, loved it! Need more David’s around in customer service❤️

    Great experience. My Beagle Reilly was very comfortable there. We picked out a new walking harness and was encouraged to have me try it on him for fit. Great and friendly staff. This is my local pet shop.

    Walked in thecother day. and several associates were standing around talking. I had never been here, so I walked around . I needed crickets for a pet lizard, so, i didn’t want to break up the employee party, but had other things to do. I asked after almost 10 minutes if they had crickets. No some female employee bellowed. I didn’t feel very welcome.

    There’s a manager there…I think her name is laural. She’s very rude and unprofessional. I was walking by and I heard her talking to a customer and then her being rude and yelling at a customer, the couple then just walked away disgusted and annoyed. On other occasions or when I’ve been in the store, she’s been rude to numerous other customers. It’s not like the other customers are even being rude to her.

    Great experience! Long story short, I found a dog on the side of the road. Originally, I brought him to the closest vet to get scanned for a microchip. Unfortunately, they couldn’t find the owner information so my next call was Animal Control. Once Animal Control couldn’t help me, I found the closest animal shelter which was Dogs and Cats Forever in Ft Pierce. There they were able to find owner information but unfortunately the owners never called back. Dogs and Cats Forever was able to see that the owners got the dog from Humane Society of The Treasure Coast. We called and without hesitation they told me to bring the dog over and they would house and care for the dog until they hopefully got a hold of the owners. I was sad to have to bring the dog back to where he came from a year prior but am confident that he’s in good hands. The girl that helped me was so kind and cared for the dog as much as I did. Hoping the pup is reunited with his family soon!

    One of the nicest, cleanest animal shelters I have ever seen. Staff are very friendly and attentive to all the animals. If looking for an animal to adopt, which I highly recommend adopting, please check them out. We found our little fur baby there. Tell them Ray, and Connie sent you.

    Had 2 horrible experiences with dogs. One named pancake. HORRIBLE! The dog was a complete nightmare and utter disaster!. They don’t have too much info on these dogs and the minute they get an animal they immediately put them up for adoption so you really don’t know what you’re getting yourself into! If you ask me I wouldn’t go here. It’s gonna be A lot and I mean A LOT of trial and error.
