  1. Disgusted. They should ashamed of themselves. So many dead fish in their tanks it’s appalling. PetsMart used to be my go-to place to get deals on filters and food for my aquariums and pond. But, after seeing the condition of their fish tanks I’ll just spend my money and pay a few dollars more supporting local fish stores who actually care about the lives of their fish. I understand fish can be hard to keep alive, but, come on PetsMart you should do better.

  2. Do not and I do mean do not take your dog to pet smart to be groomed or your dog will be butchered. This is how my one year standard poodle came back to us. Jacy who was apparently inexperienced cut my dog where he had cuts on his skin. She felt him and said his legs were matted only when we dropped him off which is normal for a poodle and when we came back she said his whole body was matted which was an outright lie. He’s been cut 10 inches before and has never looked like this! She also tried to tell me that the way he looks is because of the way his hair grows. It was excuse after excuse. Stating he was agitated. Well if someone kept cutting you you would be agitated too; however, we watched him in the window from the parking lot and he wasn’t even moving. No, she is horrible at what she does and should be retrained. Even the manager was flabbergasted. Thanks for ruining our Christmas pictures.

  3. EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE ❤️ have a lot of beautiful animals there waiting for a forever home!!! If you’re looking to adopt a animal they have them there!! IN STORE!! they are so sweet and so beautiful!! Also have a lot of birds, hamsters,guinea pigs and pet supplies very clean store! staff is very polite and nice! Excellent customer service please go save a animal they all need a FOREVER home!!!🐕🐈‍⬛🐈🐩🐕‍🦺

  4. Wanted to adopt this pretty little boy. If you are going to pay $150 for a an animal, you are darn sure going to make sure you take very good care of it. Too many rules and too many stipulations in order to keep the animal you are trying to adopt. I have 3 animals at home, very well taken care. Ages 8, 9, and 13, very loved and very spoiled, just wanted to add one to the family. I can’t in in good conscience adopt this beautiful boy, if I’m going to be watched every second of his life. I hate that he won’t get a good loving home, because of those extreme rules.

    It was the worst grooming and store experience I’ve had. The manager is rude and aggressive. The pics are of my 8 month old puppy after a 4 hour grooming session. I received a message about 3.5 hours in telling me the groomer was just going to do a quick face, feet, and Fanny groom because my pup was becoming anxious. After that long I couldn’t blame him! He had to go potty as soon as we got outside. He wasn’t dry. He was still damp in his ears and “arm pits” and feet. Very little was done to his feet… if anything. The one picture is where the groomer took a huge chunk of hair out of his ear…and NO it wasn’t a mat. I was charged initially for 1. A full groom of a long haired dog, 2. A face, feet and Fanny groom (which he wouldn’t have needed if he had gotten the full groom) 3. An essentials package (that’s the works nail grinding (nail trim is part of full groom but grinding makes the nails smooth (he definitely didn’t get that, a special balm for the paw pads, and teeth brushing and special shampoo and conditioner and spritz) 4. A 5.00 charge for products (for normal shampoo etc.) O they were charging me over and over for services that my pup did not receive. Then the manager went off on me hen I called back later to very politely and calmly tried to voice my concerns and disappointment. The groomer didn’t even come out to tell me what she had or had not done. My guess is that she gave him a bath, stuck him in a cage with a fan and then came back after she groomed another dog and my pup was already stressed from sitting in a cage wet for 3-4 hours in a strange place. That’s just my opinion. What I do know is that the manager is off the chain rude.

    If you do not know how to groom a dang Labradoodle let it be known! At the time of receiving her we did not noticed the imperfections. I will not/ NEVER recommend this store to anyone for grooming. It looks as if a kid groomed my pet. The groomer left patches of fur alone the neck line. The body is very choppy. Management needs to send them back to grooming school or reprimand the groomer! I will be getting my $75 refunded for this poor job that this groomer did to my pet!! SMH

    I have used a different groomer for years but they canceled on me the day of my appointment 3 times. So I took a chance with my girls and made appointments at Petco. I’m so glad that I did. From the moment we walked in the ladies in the grooming department we swooning over my babies and they were done super quick. They girls look adorable. I wish I had gone there years ago.

    Arrive between 8-8:30. Earlier the better as there is a line. This is a drive-through type deal and you may have to wait in the center turning lane also until the line moves. Took about 20-30 minutes but everything was done and paid for beforehand, so all you do is drop off and pick up. This is the first time I’ve used or been here so it was a learning curve but they’re very friendly.

    We have always had our pets spayed or neutered here. We seem to be a magnet for stray cats. See pictures. Very reasonable with their price and they are very compassionate on what they do. None of our pets have ever had any complications. We had our pets “chipped” also by them. I highly recommend them. Friendly staff.
