  I don’t recommend this store. From the very beginning I’ve experienced it not only being cold but also creepy. The staff members lack a certain warmth and connection, and one younger, shorter dark haired girl in the PetsHotel has been a brat to me since day one. I looked for her name tag and she didn’t have one on so I couldn’t report her. They seem to be difficult towards and talk down to people (paying customers) that are older or who have a hard time speaking louder than most can. In this sense I feel discriminated against. This Store is also not in a good area. Unless you like homeless people pushing their carts in the middle of the streets and laughing about it you may not feel comfortable coming to this place. I don’t like these big box stores because of their lack of feeling of general safety and courtesy but sometimes you don’t have a choice. As far as the Hotel that brunette is the only staff person I’ve had consistent bad experiences with, but at least she’s not my coworker. From the get go I’ve had disheartening experiences with the employees of this location but I’m sure you’ll be treated better.

  Great staff the cashier was phenomenal. My experience here made me want to do my shopping at different petsmart locations to see if I get the same great products and friendly smiles I got from this fine establishment. You shop here you have a wonderful time just make sure you sign up for membership it helped me alot and its FREE.

  They wouldn’t accept my form or vaccine proof, unfortunately the vet I took my dog to is a smaller business and hand writes their information. I had called previously to my appointment to assure I could bring him into petsmart. Drove from 40 minutes away for them to tell me they couldn’t accept the proof of vaccine. Wish I could’ve prepared myself more for this but I don’t know how that would’ve helped.

  Very clean, friendly and welcoming store. Found everything we needed with great customer service. Got an email later welcoming our new pup to the family. The staff was exceptional. Was able to use our collected points for additional cash to pay for our purchase. Highly recommended location which cares about your pets.

  I really want to give 5 stars to all of the staff there because everyone was so friendly, but mainly I want to give a shout out to Manny. I came there to look at a dog I saw online and by the time I got there he was already adopted. I wasn’t really looking at any other dogs in particular but was shown the way to look at the other dogs available. Manny was EXTREMELY patient and kind to answer all of my questions and concerns. Luckily for me there was no one else waiting to speak to a counselor so he gave me a lot of his time. I ended up adopting Nicholas Devereaux and he is the sweetest most kind boy. I am a first time solo dog mom and this was an easy transition into this life thanks to Manny.

  Absolutely love this wonderful place ♥ they make adopting a pet such a fantastic experience. They staff are very knowledgeable, caring and understanding. We love our new family member “Mack”.   Great visit. We weren’t necessarily looking for an animal although we may be convinced for the right one. I thought we might be pressured to say what we were looking for but that didn’t happen. Everyone was friendly and let us wander around and visit. They have so many beautiful dogs and genuinely care for them. It was pretty clean and volunteers were there petting animals.

  I love the Humane Society; they save lives daily. I came here yesterday to donate blankets and dog beds and there was a volunteer sitting outside the building ready to accept my donations and she gave me a receipt. I asked her if I could come inside and look at the animals without having an appointment and she said yes, no appointment needed. I came inside to a very well air-conditioned building with tons of nice staff members who led me to the dog adoption section. They told me the animals with green folders on the outside of their homes means they are ready for adoption. They had tons of different breeds of dogs and cats, and I do know they have horses, ducks, and even guinea pigs here for adoption. I highly recommend checking this place out. These animals need a home with lots of love. Thank you to all the kind employees for your hard work and love to the animals.
