  1. I enjoy going to Petsmart they always have a large selection of food and treats for all the fur babies. They have lots of fish to choose from. Birds, lots of colorful ones plus they have food and cages. They also have guinea pigs and hamsters with all the accessories. If you like reptiles they have a few to choose from. This time around they have 2 cats that need to be adopted. I took pictures with their info, hopefully someone adopts them both. I would but I have 5 cats already lol

  2. If I could give 0 I would. My pup went to get groomed here today and got absolutely butchered! When we picked her up I about fell out in the floor. And then they tried to charge $55 for this. Not only is she completely butchered up, they didnt clean off all the extra hair that was stuck too her from butchering her. Will NEVER recommend this place!

  3. Drove here for a fish tank cannister filter, which said was in stock online. Item only had a display box in the shelf and an employee went to retrieve the item from the back. The box said it came with 3 other pieces, which weren’t in the box. I asked the employee where these items were, for her to confirm they were in the system. Simple enough, went home and unwrapped the item to find out that was a lie and the 3 other items were missing. Came back to return and got my money back, but no apologies, nothing. The 3 items were missing and I wasted an hour of my day, 2 trips, back and forth, and spent gas to come here. I’ll never shop here again.

  4. This review is for the grooming services. If I could give no stars I would! Very unprofessional and rude. Find another profession because u clearly don’t kno what ur doing. I took my 5 month old maltipoo for a puppy bath and trim. I was told she had a few matted areas in her legs that could be shaved off. I left her there to be groomed. Not even 5 mins later I get a call back saying that she needed to be shaved completely off! I was annoyed by this obviously, but was told that she already had started and that she would look “crazy” if she didn’t finish. I said fine, seems like I have no other choice but I’m not happy and I won’t be bringing her back, and I’m also gonna speak to the manager. When I said that, she then refused to groom her. I ended up speaking to the Manager who basically said come get ur dog because the groomer is “uncomfortable “ grooming her. Very unprofessional. When I went to pick her up, another groomer then tried to “shoosh” me while I was talking. She literally said, shoosh” like I was a dog! I ended up taking my dog somewhere else same day, they brushed her out.. no problem. Thanks Angel at university petsmart, u saved the day because I was thru with petsmart after this bad experience at petsmart in concord. Don’t take ur dog there for a real grooming appt. Also, definitely felt a racism vibe! I will be taking this matter further up the chain after seeing so many negative reviews.

  5. Please do not get your dog groomer by Jamie. We have an Aussiedoodle who desperately needed a hair cut, we were willing to go with the shorter hair due to some matting he had. No problem, however Jamie left his front legs a complete disaster. They’re short in some spots and long clumps in other areas. I could cry to say the least. Never again.

    Had bad experience been to plenty of petcos and groomers for my dogs , first time going to this location, groomers seemed like they didn’t even wanna be there. Had an appointment at 11:15, didn’t get checked in until 11:38, Groomer Letty, kept adding on shampoos for a 13 pound poodle mix, he was matted and I understood he had to be cut short , but his head and ears weren’t bad,I asked to keep hair on ears and head. I’ve worked at a veterinary hospital I’ve seen even worse and groomers didn’t make their dogs looks bad after the cut. She said she would call if it took longer than 4 hours, didn’t get an update decided to go to store to pick him up, by time I got to store she called me at 5:15pm, I have never seen my dog like this ever, worst experience. Also she must of also have him some treats I didn’t approve of because he has constantly been having diarrhea since being picked up. If you can’t handle a groom just let the client know.

    James was wonderful! He groomed our dog exactly as we asked him to. Our dog was happy and relaxed when it was all said and done plus she looks super cute.

    The young man who works there was very helpful. We got my daughter a new hamster and got the hamster new wooden toys. Both seem quite happy!

    BEWARE! We have a dog that has been to Petco many times for grooming. We were greeted by a new groomer today who quoted his service at $139, which $40-75 more than we have previously paid. I totally understand inflation and that prices are rising, but a 150% increase in price is more extensive than anything I’ve seen. When talking to the manager, she was unable to explain a reason for the increase in price, other than that their prices have gone up (listed as a $12 price increase on the app) and that there was nothing she could do about it. She was less than helpful, condescending and ended the conversation by asking me to pick up my dog saying they refused to groom him. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are so many establishments throughout Charlotte with kind, compassionate employees. I’ll be sending my sweet pup elsewhere for grooming and recommend you look anywhere but this Petco! It looks like others are saying the same!

    Excellent store that keeps in stock Stella and Chewy raw dog food and dry Honest Kitchen food clusters (the food I feed my dog). They have everything I need for my dog. I love the variety of items the store has.

    Everytime I go in Pet Supply Plus, I have had nothing but positive experiences. The staff are always eager to answer any questions I may have and they always have the pet food I need because my cat is on a special diet. Where some of the larger chain stores are constantly out of Royal Canin. I can order online and they will have everything I requested and bring it out to my car. Forever grateful for superb customer service.

    Great service! I’m always asked if I need assistance and the shelves are stocked with lots of options! Lately they’ve been having better promotions that’s made it the cheapest place to get my pet’s snacks and fresh food. They also have fish, reptiles, crickets, rodents, ferrets and adoptable cats to view. Also DIY grooming stations.
