  1. The staff were wonderfully friendly and attentive. The rooms were large, clean, and well stocked, the included kitchens had all the appliances needed. Laundry facilities and vending machines were fairly inexpensive. The grounds were lovely and the courtyard inside was great to place to hang out, if the grill worked it probably would have been better. The dog walk area in back was always stocked with baggies and the trash was emptied regularly. All in all, I will definitely keep an eye out for this line of hotels and use this place again!

  2. Had to clean up my own room because it was so many dirty areas soon as I walked in that I spotted. Watch out for this place, they will take your deposit still and blame you for how the room looked before you even came. Will NEVER stay here again due to the false accusations. Find a different hotel. Can’t even get in touch with anybody from corporate which is who they tell you to “contact” during a situation like that. My family warned me about staying here but it seemed so nice in pictures and I didn’t know that it would actually happen to me. Go to a different hotel. This place is ran poorly and is a joke. Especially the hotel “manager”.

  3. Apartment style accommodations. Appreciated sperate living and dining from sleeping area. THIS IS NOT A HOTEL. There are no carts to carry your things in with. Plan for that. Fire pits didn’t work which was disappointing but outside area clean. Room was not as clean as it should be. I did share this with management. Overall good experience.

I enjoyed my stay, late night check-in procedure was a little challenging but immediately handled with courtesy, my first room was moist, after a few nights I had to go to urgent care but I was promptly reassigned a new room which was much better. The layout was nice, beds comfortable, peaceful, pleasant staff. I would stay there again but would pay attention to the moisture in the room that I immediately noticed by ignored.

We stayed there from December to June its expensive Alex the housekeeper was amazing he always made sure we had everything we need and was always in a good mood our AC went out and the dark skin women in the front office made sure we were in another room while waiting for it to be fix if it wasn’t for her we wouldn’t have gotten a new room the manager was gonna make us wait until maintenance which they ended up coming two weeks later the door was always broke we always had to leave a rock or something between the front door to get access in the building sometimes they would remove it other than that everything was good I loved it some minor issues but no ones perfect I would recommend it to everyone

    We were so lucky to find East Main Guest House on our recent first trip to Rock Hill. The rooms are exquisite and the nights are quiet. Our room (the Charleston Suite) was very comfortable and cozy. The big bathroom, with amazing shower, was heads above most others at B&B’s we’ve stayed at. Scott and Heidi were consummate hosts with tons of information and advice about Rock Hill. The homemade breakfasts were delicious; Heidi is a wonderful cook! The big front porch is a great respite in the evening, perfect for a nightcap. We just loved East Main Guest House and will definitely return!

    My stay at this Bed & Breakfast was amazing and very affordable. The owners (Scott & Heidi) ensured they accommodated me as a (disabled veteran) with everything possible to make my stay comfortable including my breakfast. I loved the fact it’s close to I-77 so it’s easy to go places near Charlotte or other locations. I will definitely be returning and recommend this location to others hands down! Thank you for such an amazing stay!

    This little Inn is a true gem. From the impeccably clean rooms and public spaces to the scrumptious breakfasts and freshly baked cookies; East Main is perfection. Scott and Heidi are the consummate hosts. This will be our home away when we visit family in the area.

    Our stay was absolutely delightful. What a wonderful place to call home for a few days. Impeccably clean and central to a great small town with superb restaurants, all within walking distance. Heidi and Scott are such warm and personable hosts. Breakfasts were amazing, delicious and unique, made and served with love. Early morning coffee awaited us in the sitting room each morning. Their love for what they do shines through brilliantly; a testament to true Southern hospitality at its finest.
