6 months agoEdit: Please place an info sign that explains for the first time users, that you might need to manually dry up left over water with a towel. Danny helped me with my issue and explained in detail the cons and pros of no touch, it might not be the best option for every vehicle. I recommend if you have a problem to reach out directly to them. Apparently, there is somebody at the car wash during the day and you can address any issues directly (also would be great to have a sign for this).Original: Worst no touch car wash I’ve been too. For $24 dollars car is full of dirt (see photos). Would love to get a refund.
a year agoI had an excellent experience here! I had never used an automated car wash before, but I refused to take my car to a wash that would slap my Lexus around with filthy cloth. I had never been in the area and it was later at night, so I had no idea how to even get in properly. I called and whomever answered was incredibly helpful with entry directions. Once I got in, the touch screen system was easy, the wash was fast and thorough, and my car was back to shining clean again. I highly recommend this place if you want fast, efficient, and no swirly scratches on your clear coat.11 months agoPedestrian nightmare. Trying to walk to the nearby train station and had to get sprayed by mist and soap when passing by to avoid walking in a busy street because tons of cars were blocking the sidewalk. a week agoI came today on 9/26/23 to get the express detail. They took me right away! It was $50 for the car wash & detail. I had knee surgery recently, so my SUV definitely needed a pick me up. Interior cleaning service isn’t that good. Noticed the price increases to $48 and they skipped a lot of parts. Will not be coming back
One of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Brought my car in on Saturday at noon for an interior detailing ($160) and was told that they would call me when my car was ready sometime before 5PM. I never got a call. My car was sitting (and had been sitting for a while) when I arrived. The man at the register asked why I hadn’t called them to ask if my car was done and that my car had been sitting forever. Which does not make sense. Not only was my car still soaking wet, the carpets weren’t put back, my Bluetooth was disconnected, and there was still dirt and grime on the ceiling of my car, the dash, and the passenger mirror. It also clearly hadn’t been vacuumed. My airbag light sensor was also on. I asked about the airbag sensor and was told it can glitch when fabric seats are wet and that it should go away after restarting my engine. It’s been two days. My seats are dry. Light is still on. I called the manager this morning who told me that it was my fault and that they don’t even clean fabric seats (????) and that there was nothing they could do. He then hung up on me. Horrible experience. Not worth $20 let alone $160.
They do not hold up to their commitment, and cleaning is not a strong point here. Employee calls all the customers idiots. Never go here and see how they do without customers! I sent an email to them and two days later no reply. I did speak with Mike and he had them clean the carpet. As I was driving away, I noticed they did not clean the car well as you can see by the pictures, but I did not have another hour to waste on a bad interior care cleaning.
