5 months agoI went to get me car washed. I asked for extra scrubbing of windshield and the employee said yes no problem. Then he informed the manager and others who were scrubbing of my request and the manager smirked and made a comment. They then proceeded and didn’t scrub as I nicely requested. They literally put no effort they look like they hate their job. I keep giving them another chance but the service and quality has gotten worse and worse! If I could give them ZERO ☆ I would!

2 months agoThis car wash is better than most I have been to. I down graded it to 4 stars only because the back of the car wasn’t as clean as it should of been. The vacuums work great!4 weeks agoTerrible car wash. No soap while washing. Car was washed with only water. Vacuums are always down. Can’t go back here. Fast track from now on.4 weeks agoSeriously, it’s a car wash, and not listed on services. This was not great, these past months, it’s deteriorating, scanner doesn’t work, 50% of vacuums eliminated, sometimes have to wait. Today towards the end, it malfunctioned my car started going back. Today vacuum power was minimal. I’ve been member, unlimited since it arrived at Los Banos. I’ll stay a while longer, if there’s no improvement, I can switch to Car Wash membership near Walmart. On two recent occasions during regular hours, Mister Car Wash was closed. It’s up to management to recognize the problems and hopefully improve services vs deterioration.Again, this time 100% of vacuum units were not operational. Just wished there was another car wash on Eastside of L.B.
4 months agoI pay monthly for the top tier wash just to still have to get out and SCRUB the bugs off my car. And the goopy tire shine stuff is doing nothing but glazing my rotors over and having to pay out the nose to get the squeeling to stop. One of the rotating brushes inside hasn’t worked for the last month. And don’t get me started on the vacummes that are NEVER WORKING.a month agoI’am very upset 😡 I been having my membership for more than 2 years I don’t use it very often maybe twice a month, and most of the time that I want to wash my car either their close for maintenance or the vacuum are closed for upgrade.

This car wash used to be decent. But now they not only jacked up the price AND cheap out chemicals and wash cycles.
Just look at the pictures! My car is like never washed before with tons of dirt on it. I ran my finger through and made my finger tip black.
We talked to the manager and he was extremely rude. He not only accused our car to be “too dirty” before the wash (my car is 2 months new). And refused to refund our money or give us a wash code.
About 30% of the dust was washed off after a $16 gold wash. This may work for you ONLY if your car is very slightly dirty. It felt like a rip off to me.
It does not have a brush for car cleaning
So it cannot clean very well.
There were many dirt spots remaining on my car after the car wash
I like this touchless car wash. It’s usually very busy and closed down every few months. They have also increased the prices by nearly 23% and I personally don’t find that to be worth the quality of the wash. Overall, it’s a decent place to get a car wash. I would go here late at night or very early in the morning to avoid the rush.
Caution: Its very busy and so off peak hours (late night / early morning) is best else you’ll wait ~1 hour for a car wash.
It’s a decent car wash cause it gets a bit of job done (you’ll get you car looking clean) but it misses hard spots / bug bashes. So it’s good if you don’t want to waste your own time cleaning. It’s getting expensive – $14 for a wash with rinse.
