Our son takes private lessons with 2 different instructors. Both are very good with kids and relates very well. Love this place.By J C (a year ago)Had scheduled pitching lessons 5 days in advance they scheduled me then called at noon the day of to schedule me with someone else. They then call me an hr before my new lesson to reschedule me again late that evening, then about 45 minutes before that lesson the person I’m scheduled with calls and says he won’t be there and cancels again. So I then called the following day and asked them if they can re schedule me so he schedules me for the following week. I then get a call again an hour and a half before my lesson and he cancels me yet again. I’m extremely frustrated that they didn’t try and even re schedule when calling to cancel. Always a fun time. We played mini golf fun little course and we played pool and a couple of arcade games. Several of the video games did have out of order signs. Very family friendly.
Had a blast beating the girls at some mini golf!
Arrived on a Sunday with my family for a birthday get together around 4pm. The man at the counter told us that they are closing soon but was still accepting people to play and took our money anyway, not realizing that a party of 7 cannot finish a game in an hour. After an hour and 30 minutes has lapse we were told to stop in the middle of our game and leave because they have closed.
Understandably, we left the courses and wanted to check back at the counter to see if we could receive a voucher for another day to return since the putt time that we had already paid for, and was made to believe that we could finish in an hour by the man at the counter, was wasted. The lady who told us to leave only responded with “We do not issue refunds for mini golf.” We did not even ask for a refund, which we understood that transaction was final, but instead wanted to see if we could return at a later time and continue playing (voucher).
So we left feeling sort of ripped off. What had started off as a fun family adventure, turned into an awkward abruptly cut off goodbye in the parking lot.
The issue was not that they were closing soon and needed to go home. The problem was that the staff did not explicitly state ahead of time that our party would not have enough time to finish, and instead decided to make another sale for the day while not thinking of the ramifications. This will unfortunately be the last time we will be visiting this establishment because of the terrible customer service and lack of empathy and understanding. Sincerely disappointed.
Me and my family were permitted to play mini golf at 4:15pm. We got asked to leave at 5:30pm understanding the situation we headed back to the clubhouse. Upon arriving I asked if we could get a voucher to return to the course. The lady behind the counter just said no refunds, sorry and walked away. I would love the opportunity to finish our game as it would be fair as we got removed before it was finished. We should have not been permitted to play if the man behind the counter understood we could not finish.
Drove 2.5 hours to play putt putt here with family, and was not disappointed. The putt putt course was one of the better ones I’ve played. The atmosphere was family oriented, with a small arcade, batting cages, and I think some soccer fields that weren’t being used. There’s a Mexican restaurant next to this, but is closed on Sundays and Mondays, and the counter does not have a concession. They did have water and Gatorade though. I’d recommend this to anyone who’s going to be in the Tulsa area looking for something to do for a few hours.
