4 months agoVery Dissatisfied with this Experience. I got Monthly membership here for exterior wash. Paid additional $65 for one time service for Interior Cleaning. • Seats were not cleaned/vacuumed properly, They just applied Conditioner product (not wiped with dry cloth after). It left everything sticky. • They left greasy Conditioner product on my Seat belt buckle. (Photo attached) •Cup holders were not cleaned. • Left with Sticky and greasy Dash, Matts, and seats. The price for what you get is amazing. Best Car Wash in North DFWa year agoI went in for a state inspection and was taken in immediately, no wait. I hung out in the nicely air conditioned customer lounge, complete with 3 TV screens, snacks, and clean, private restrooms. There are also a couple of massage chairs for customers. After the inspection was completed, I was given a free car wash and towel dry by hand. Excellent customer service!a year agoWe had our cars detailed, and they were shiny clean. The outside sparkled, the tires looked like new, and the inside was spotless. My only complaint is the windshields on both cars. They were both streaked on the inside, and my husband probably spent an hour getting them clean. We paid a lot of money for detailing to have to spend that much time on the windshields.3 months agoI went today for a car wash and Interior clean! I was very happy with results as my car was oober dirty with enough food crumbs to feed the homeless. They were so fast I did not know what happened. They did a good job! I have been going to this location since they opened 2 business names ago! These ladies and gentlemen work so hard to please! This company also does my oil changes and inspection! I won’t go anywhere else! Thanks to entire staff and management for all you do! Oh and they did some minor repair work too! They made my life easy this week!

2 months agoThis place is awesome. I love WashGuys Car Wash. They did a great job cleaning my dad’s car when my mom and I took it here last month.Out of all the Car Washes I’ve gone to, WashGuys is the best because they offer 3 affordable express exterior wash options, provide hand towel drying to every car after every wash, and give you access to free vacuums.
They even have unlimited wash prices for all 3 of their exterior washes that are better than any other unlimited Car Wash price around as well.
If you’re in DFW looking for a professional and budget-friendly Car Wash, WashGuys is the place to go. I hope they can open up more locations soon and continue to be successful for generations to come.
2 months agoI came to get my car inspected. Asked them to check my air conditioner. They said it needed Freon and oil. What they didn’t check was for a leak. $250 for nothing. I returned a few days later for them to check why what they fixed didn’t fix the air. He said I had a leak in a lower hose. He would order the hose $89. It would be in the next day. I paid him $350. He didn’t call the next day or a few days later. I called, they didn’t know what I was talking about. I had to prove it with the receipt. Luckily I had him write down the part on the no detailed $350 receipt. I had to text him a copy of it. He finally found what I was talking about and told me to drive up there. When I got there again, they didn’t know what I was talking about. We hen they finally located the part, I wanted a few hours for them to put it on. They replaced the upper hose. I drove 700 miles on a trip to help my mom. , the next day, no cold air. This place is a has no clue what they are doing when it come to troubleshooting car air conditioners. $600 later and no working air conditioner. Or maybe they know exactly what they are doing which is nickel and dime people for something they should know how to fix and diagnose if they offer the service. He had the nerve to tell me to have someone fill it up with Freon and drive the 700 miles back so they can look at it. If you notice he first told me the lower hose needed to be replaced but they replaced the upper hose. what I want them to do is refund every penny I spent for them to waste my time and not fix my air conditioner.2 months agoUPDATE: Long-story-short, Wash Guys does everything they can to continue charging you for a membership against your will, even when you’ve done everything correct to cancel. I was unlawfully charged even after following their “email cancelation” process. After you realize their online cancellation form is broken (intentionally misleading = broken, more on that later), you will NOT be able to contact them. I emailed and called them for a week without luck. I had to track down the owner’s personal contact info and threaten legal action just to start the refund process. This is a scam of a business.TIP FOR ANYONE STUCK IN CANCELLATION HELL: After the whole ordeal, I discovered their form has hidden the answer why it seems broken, the field that ONLY says “License Plate #” actually needs your license number followed by your state (example: 12345-TX). I’ve never seen that anywhere else (unless clearly stated) and the form doesn’t clearly explain that’s what is needed. Wash Guys needs to state that up front and not hide it behind a mini info icon or bury it in their FAQ page.
Otherwise, the “car wash” part is fine. Not worth a legal battle though.
2 months agoToday was first visit here. I used to work at a car wash so I know how hot and tiring it can get! Micheal and the whole crew was very helpful with getting my work truck cleaned today! Definitely will be visiting again!7 months agoI hate to leave bad reviews but this is easily the worst car wash I’ve gotten. I also asked the machine for a receipt in the beginning and it conveniently didn’t give me one. I got home before I saw how terrible it was or I would’ve turned right back around. Won’t be returning

I did the $15 wash & my windshield is still completely covered in bug guts. I don’t expect much from a drive thru wash, but normally it at least gets the windshield fairly clean. It seemed like it was moving us through really quickly & basically only rinsed the dust off the front/sides.
Paid for the $24 service which I was told included tire shine. Well needless to say the quality of the car wash was terrible and the tire shine was non existent!! Also they couldn’t provide a receipt because of connectivity issues! Skip this place a good rain shower does better and save $24!
I had some difficulty with the card reader today and Devan ran over as soon as he recognized there was an issue. He explained the issue and was very calm, courteous and friendly. After I finished vacuuming my vehicle, he made sure to make eye contact to verify that everything was taken care of.
The young man has excellent customer service skills that will translate to later success. Keep up the great work Devan!
I am a disabled veteran. I drove my van through the car wash, paid 30 dollars for the best car wash. I was raced through with only water and brushes. No tire shine or anything. My car was still dirty. I complained only to be told to “have a nice day” my crippled butt was outside in 100 degree weather manually washing my van with a spray bottle and rag. I would say do not ever come through here and shut this place down. I am sure their response to this rating will be a canned response that you see on all reviews. I am coming from Hill AFB, Utah and cannot believe this kind of treatment to the disabled or elderly. Is this truly what Texas is like?

First he already told me this wash not gonna remove all of the dead bugs front of my car, he said after round 1 just returned back to wash again, I did twice and kinda satisfied already cuz I know there is no way I can get rid all off the bugs from that long road trip, when my boyfriend and I was vacuuming it, he came o, grabbed towels and some “ special liquid “ to clean the bugs and dust with his own hands!!!
I never get any car wash experience like this time and we were so grateful for Sunny!! Thank you so so much!!
