The owner has “0” loyalty to any customers he even told me that he is not loyal to me as a customer and he only cares that I be loyal to him. Mind you, I was spending almost $600 a month there. This owner also aloud his manager to run my card fraudulently for several months worth of time before he caught it. D-Bat Temecula was the only place on the west coast to have one in the size I needed in stock. I called and spoke to Kevin and he went above and beyond to help me and get the bat shipped to the Bay Area/ Northern California in a very timely manner. Because of his excellent customer service, he is going to make a teenage girl scream like a toddler when she opens it up on Christmas. My son has been working with Kyle Kane for the past 4 years with Hitting/Pitching lessons weekly. Kyle is a great instructor who really understands the game, extremely patient and has the most knowledge about the game. Not to many real instructors out there that can say they were drafted to the MLB for both Hitting and Pitching. We started bringing our son to him when he was 6 years old, after he broke his elbow and needed some help correcting his swing. Our Son is 10 years old now, he loves working out with Kyle!! They have an awesome Coaching/Student bond, he continues to excel and loves the game. Highly recommend Kyle Kane as an Instructor/Mentor! There should be more for the price. Used to be able to get wristbands or all day unlimited for one price but that’s not offered anymore. You have to purchase everything individually which limits the fun. Upgrade & add arcade games and prizes. Food is not so tasty either. In order to be competitive you have to stay up to date with pricing and offers
This is a great place for kids, family, and events.
We had a blast I will definitely be returning. The prices were very reasonable, you get more for the dollar. The staff is real nice and help you with games or any issues you have.
I had a fun experience with my kiddos, it wasn’t too busy but I can imagine it getting busy and becoming not so enjoyable if its over crowded. Some of the games did not work in the arcade and its kind of small and not too many games for tickets. I did like how you can use the funds on your card to play laser tag and other games. The splash pad area is a bit over priced but in this particular day since there wasn’t as many people was fine but again I can imagine it getting really busy and it would not be enjoyable especially for the price its at. We did have fun but and the workers were very helpful as i thought I lost my phone and they were willing to help me.
Was well kept, clean and had tons of things for the kids and family. Definitely a cool spot with with mini golf, go karts, rides, water park, indoor arcade and hitting cages. Priced reasonable; wasn’t outrages.
Cool place to go for a couple hours!! Miniature golf was fun. The facility was clean, and staff was very helpful.We purchased 1-$100 card for 2 kids. This paid for miniature golf for 4 people, 2 go kart rides, and about 30-40 minutes of video games. We went during off hours, so we pretty much had the place to ourselves. We will definitely be going back soon!!
