  2. We are in Lubbock visiting from Colorado. My son is 10 and it’s his first year playing baseball. He’s been really excited but knows we’re a bit behind since most of the other kids have been playing for years. We were missing a practice back home so I scheduled a 30 min private batting lesson hoping to get him some extra help and boost his confidence. From the second we walked in it was a bunch of kids that acted too cool for school. Zane the guy who gave the lessons was not overly friendly with my son or myself when we met. I visited with him for a second to explain why we were there. It was almost like the second that I told him that my son had never played before he wrote him off and was overall unhelpful. My son mentioned multiple things he said and tone in which he spoke to him that was rude. My kid does not easily get his feelings hurt and is not the kind of kid that makes something out of nothing. Multiple times Zane said “it’s not hard, you just do this”. My son left feeling hurt, deflated, and said that the whole time he was just praying it was almost over. If you have a kid that’s just learning this is not the place you want to take them to.

  4. Worst place to have a birthday party! The party was April 8th… When I booked I was told games would be coordinated and available, also that tables and chairs would be set up! Upon arrival nothing was ready tables weren’t set nor chairs! I asked for help mutile times with setting tables up and chairs! After asking multiple times I did it my self, the worker finally brought me 4 chairs…, 4 chairs and no help with tables! I had ask multiple times more than 4 times for dodgeballs! The chair and table situation took 30 minutes out of our scheduled time, the dodgeball mess also took about 30 minutes of me asking!! Game cards weren’t ready either I had to ask for everything multiple times when everything should have been ready I understand ofcourse if I need or want it ask for it but multiple times each time! Ridiculous….

    Awesome facility as the first point. Full infield, simulators, and cages galore. Normally just go to the field for some practice but this was awesome! Staff was great, and facility was clean and kept. Utility not just flash!!

    Facility is nice but the teenage umpires have no control over the mouthy irritating parents. It’s just the typical “living their dreams through their kids” parents that need to just be quiet.

    Normally I don’t give reviews because I forget. After yesterday’s experience, I just want to say that I was so impressed when I took my son in for a 30 minute training session. The coach was awesome and I could literally see improvement with my son’s form within the first 10 minutes! I went and booked another session for the following week with the same coach. I think his name was coach Matt. My son liked him and asked to go back.

    Had a wonderful experience hitting balls with the pitching machine on a spur of the moment Sunday outing when we were in town visiting family. Great customer service and facility for a very reasonable price. Ryan let us borrow gloves and bats too so my daughter was set to hit. Will definitely be back on our next visit to Lubbock!

    The place is well kept and has a lot of activities to do. It’s a clean and safe environment while maximizing fun. Ryan and his team were extremely professional and helpful. They returned my calls in time and made sure that we had all the information and equipment that we needed for our event. They also were there to help us the entire time we were at the facility, going far and beyond to make sure we were well taken care of. 10/10 recommend. 10/10 will use again in the future.
