  1. I was nervous at first, but Diane(registered nurse) made the process so easy for me! She’s a very funny person and explains to you the whole step before she starts. I was really surprised how thorough Laseraway hair removal treatment was. She didn’t miss any spots. The ladies at the front desk were super friendly too! Some spots were painful but not as much as waxing. Numbing cream is really unnecessary because the laser device itself has cold air to make it painless. I’m going to book here for my 3rd session if I don’t like the other location for my next one.

  2. I do NOT reccommend this place for laser hair removal. The company is very corporate and does things in an extremely rigid, non individualized way. I have had numerous laser treatments in the past and this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on so many levels, especially the lack of customer service (Brian the only rude representative to be specific). Scheduling is never easy and only a few nurses actually know what they are doing. Not to mention that they use such a low level frequency that the laser machine doesn’t even work, that being said don’t waste your time or money here!

  3. The worst place for laser ever, I took the full arms package and I paid off at the beginning. After my 4th session I talked to Lisa about having no results she told me to complete the sessions and after that they can do hair growth assessment, she said they have the best customer service and they will take care of me. After that I talked to every nurse every session that I had no results and they told me the same thing. After my 8th sessions they connected me to customer service and the only thing they wanna do for me is 2 complimentary sessions which is so useless for me because I won’t get results with 2 sessions and they’re not gonna refund my money, I also talked to Lisa she said she can’t do anything for me. This company and the people who work there are liars they won’t do anything for you if you don’t get results.

  4. The laser hair removal I’m doing is working great. I just had my third session. I’m thrilled with the results. The nurses are all fantastic. Yesterday, nurse Charlotte treated me and she was thorough and sweet. You will love this!

  5. Conclusion- laseraway nowadays is a small business, struggling from finance distress. The store is trying hard to deprive their customers’ cash, and won’t be able to deliver the service as the sales people promised.

    Be careful when sales people offers you a ‘ good value ‘ deal, ask the sales to write down the offering in detail in written, otherwise their customer service will just coax you.. as a normal untrustworthy small business would do.

    I have been with Laseraway for 4 years, and I have always favored laseraway more than other dermatologists, but now I have changed my mind, because laseraway is not the old customer centric laseraway any more.

    I encountered a terrible experience at this laseraway Lakeforest store. the lady named Amanda claimed to be laseraway’s country customer service manager hanged up my service call in a very rude way, and simply sent me an email saying they did nothing wrong… and I just got cheated for USD 2644 for a thermage treatment buy one get one free package. the sales people told me clearly it was 900 pulses in each treatment, but I only receive 600 pulses. After escalating the issue to customer service, I only received a sorry, that was a verbal mistake of the sales person. And they told me I was informed the treatment was 600 shots before I entered the treatment room, which was not true at all. They even lie!
    This is so ridiculous, I clarified at least three times with the sales person the number of pulses, and they confirmed it was 900. Amanda claimed to the country manager said it was a verbal mistake. if she is really the country manager, I will only conclude the business is small and dying.

    There is no reason for customers choose to spend money for a service making them unhappy.

    Train your staff! When one is booking an appointment, tell your client it’s for which location instead of dragging them all the way to your office and the client finds it closed! If you can’t handle a simply task like that, might as well you shrink your busines to your level of competency!

    Such an amazing experience! I’ve been in SoCal for 3 years and haven’t found a provider that I have loved to do my Botox etc. Dr. Dawood’s staff was very friendly and welcoming as was he. I went in for Botox but has some other concerns that Dr. Dawood offered a lot of insight into that I had not previously been able to get addressed. My Botox come out perfect and we have a plan for the other items. I HIGHLY recommend him and if it’s a bit of a drive like it was for me it’s definitely worth it!

    Dr. Dawood was amazing and his staff were great during my procedure. I had CO2 Laser treatment before at another great facility. However, this was the best experience I could have had. There was so little discomfort and the results are amazing. The best part was how attentive they were to making sure I was comfortable and even at follow-up visits. Definitely going to be a repeat customer. Thank you to Sublime & Dr. Dawood.

    I went to the Riverside location and had no problems there. The staff was incredibly helpful and very friendly. I got a really good deal off Groupon for laser hair removal. I had never had laser removal done before and they made me feel comfortable and very at ease with the whole procedure. I wish they would come out with more Groupon deals because being a student, I can’t afford the full price! I would definitely recommend going to Sublime for any laser hair removals. It’s also a very nice and clean facility.

    What a horrible place and provider. I went to use my $150 Groupon for Botox and the provider the Dr. Insisted if $6000 worth of fillers. None of the plastic surgeons I went to did even ask me to do one filler. Stay away

    Bought a package with 13 tattoo removal sessions. I was quoted on saying the tattoo should be gone with about 12. I understand that peoples skin reacts differently, but after investing 13 sessions (over 2 years and thousands of dollars) the tattoo is barely faded. I am convinced they turn the machine on at a low level frequency so people continue to buy packages. I have since gone to a new business for tattoo removal and it is far more effective than laser away ever was (they even said they get many laser away patients who report the same story). I do not suggest tattoo removal at Laser Away.

    So happy I discovered this place! LaserAway offers the best pricing on packages for Clear and Brilliant, hair and tattoo removal. A lot less expensive than a dermatology office. I love this location. It’s super clean and the staff is top notch. Dawn is the Location Director and she is wonderful. She is very knowledgeable and has been great with answering my questions as well as addressing any concerns. I have had great experiences with all the clinicians. Jenna, Morgan, Charlotte…they are total pros. They go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at ease. I am always confident with the level of care and service they provide.

    Dawn is the amazing Patient Care Coordinator I had the pleasure of speaking with & meeting at the RMV office this week. Morgan is the awesome Nurse who did my laser hair removal. These ladies are both incredible, and the other staff that I have come in contact with there all seem unbelievably great! I’m excited to continue my laser care shenanigans with them over the next year!
