  1. My dad had to get a cap put on a tooth last week. He said the appointment went well and he felt better. The front staff were so kind to him. He has a follow up appointment next week.

All I can say is thank you! Starting off a bit Rocky, I showed I p passed check in for the walk in appointments I was barely minutes passed. I came back in the afternoon and was checked in quickly and moved to the other waiting area easily enough. Their dental staff was some of the most human dentists I have met. They understood the pain I was in and agreed to treat immediately. They were super supportive during since I am a baby with needles and was starting to freak our when they were pulling. They let me sit as long as I wanted and were kind. 100% best dental experience I’ve had ever.

This place has been the worst experience of my life. The office lady Mary Anne is terrible and mean and has no people person skills. She’s mean. I had a root canal and the dentist propped my mouth open with a bite block and walked away for ten minutes because she couldn’t find her goggles. She did the second half of my root canal and my tooth hurt worse! I had to hold the hose and do my own suctioning. I called to schedule an appointment because I was in more pain then when I initially came in and Mary Anne told me the soonest she could get me in was 4 MONTHS later. 4 months later for something they did wrong?!? I’ve watched walk ins come in and they were in excruciating pain and she turned them away because they weren’t taking any walk ins after one. When I went to the back the dentist all said “we have no walk ins today”? This place is horrible I wouldn’t recommend it to my worst enemy.

After waiting for 3 hours and being #2 on the list; on a WEDNESDAY morning; I went back to the desk. I found out that it was surgery day, so there were no Dentist even seeing patients. WHY COULDN’T THEY HAVE SAID THAT AT 7:45AM, WHEN I SIGNED IN? I was told that I wouldn’t be seen until after 1. REALLY? I left. I could sit there in pain, in uncomfortable chairs. Or I could go home and be comfortable while in pain. The others there were also disgusted and leaving (including #1 on the list.) I don’t recommend the clinic, if you don’t have time to spare!

Worst experience of my life! I never would want anyone to go through this much pain. If your considering this place don’t. I walked out in worst shape than when I went in!

Super unprofessional. Went for a crown and the students that work alone should not be. They messed up my front tooth and I had 3 or 4 Temps put o. That wouldn’t last more than about 4 hours. Then my crown comes in. They remind me of my 10 o clock appt but I get there and they’re trying to tell me it was for 9. I’ve been waiting for this appt cu I look like a freaking hillbilly cuz it’s a front tooth. Waiting room packed. So even if I had come at 9 I would have still been waiting. They won’t let me talk to a drlet alone any dentist. I’m livid. It’s literally a joke.
