4 months agoI went and bought the $18 package. Went through the kiosk fine. Had to slightly guide myself into the car wash. Not sure where the staff was or if they were short. No one sprayed prior to the wash. Went through. Vacuumed at the end and noticed tons of dirt everywhere. I have multiple small kids with me and staff was scarce. There was so much missed and for getting an upgraded package, I expected a basic clean even. Got home. My husband was just as unhappy and told me to go to the duck wash next time.7 months agoLove being able to dash in and out of here for a quality car wash. There’s not usually a line but if there is it goes quick. The staff usually helps with the payment process and then dose a pre spray prior to entering. Streaks everywhere and dirt left behind all over my windows.4 months agoI get my car washed regularly at this tag and go facility until recently when I got a camera installed in my car for backing up and recording as well. On this fateful day as I pulled in to get my car washed the workers scrub down my car and used one of the scrubbing brushes to break my camera it definitely wasn’t the intent, but I believed that it would be covered by tag and go because it wasn’t the machine broke it. It was in a because it wasn’t the machine they broke it. It was an employee . upon filing an incident report and being contacted I was told that my camera would not be covered because it was something that I installed. I believe as courtesy it should be covered because i shouldn’t pay the price for an employee’s mistake but was denied the mere courtesy. I will not be washing my car here or advising anyone to wash your car there because if Something Happens to your car they will advise you person ‘to tuck it in’, I didn’t know cameras could be tucked in.

in the last weekNormally, I probably would’ve given him a four or five star rating but my last experience with them wasn’t the greatest. My keys were around my neck on my lanyard and they got sucked up in the vacuum. I found an employee immediately told him what happened he said he would get them for me and be right back. I waited in the heat for well over a half hour with a three year old no one came Had to go inside find someone else. I explained that and I had a little bit of an issue, so I understood that part no judgment there, but I didn’t feel that they really cared about resolving the issue. She looked in the one vacuum by me but never got the keys to me she said she would have to shut the whole thing down and couldn’t to find them and took my name and phone number and said she would call me when they close at night or the next morning it’s been like a week I still have not heard anything I even tried calling and nobody got back to me so I was out a house key and the keys to my safe, which hold my medication not something I could be without so I am frustrated and upset about that. I understand that part of it is on me yes but part of it is also on them they work there. They told me that they would get them in that they would contact me and they did not do so, so I just wish that they cared about a customers experience a little bit more than one on Sunset great never had any issues. If I did have a problem, they always resulted quickly and efficiently. This is my first time going to the one in Washington. I was not happy.2 months agoFantastic cleaning! IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR DO NOT WASH IT HERE. See pictures, but this place put some nice surface scratches on my car. Owner/manager (not worthy of that title), refused to fix the damage. Had to call back twice after being told I would receive a call to discuss. Clearly damage from the car wash. Sad part is, this car isn’t even a year old. They offered to have a high school kid use some kind of wax to try to take it off….yeah right! Imagine what more damage they would do! Not sure what more proof is needed than seeing these brush marks
I love this car wash! I’ve been coming here for the last 4 years and have always enjoyed the experience. I get a kick out of the T-Rex they have out front whether just plain Jane or dressed up for a holiday. More especially I enjoy that they prescrub your car to get the bugs off, have free vacuums to use for after and have towels available to dry down your car when finished. Also, the scented Dino and wipes are appreciated for the interior as well.
This was genuinely the best car wash experience we’ve ever had. We’ve lived in four states and traveled across the country and had lots of car washes throughout and the detailed exterior spraying, scrubbing/cleaning at the beginning and then the wash itself were top notch. Every single service member had a smile and seemed happy to help but the standout for us, by far, was Logan. Cheerful, friendly, helpful, and very detailed. He first helped us on Friday and we came back again on Saturday hoping he would be there! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ service, wash, and especially employee! Thank you Dino Dash wash and thank you Logan!!
The guys working spent a good five minutes scrubbing the front of my car, which was filthy after a trip. I wanted to put down my window and tell them thanks, but I of course couldn’t! I also tried out the $1 mat cleaner and that worked great. Love the free vacuums and towels too. 👍🏻
I normally love Dino Dash but today I was a little disappointed. The young man at the front of the wash didn’t seem to care about getting bugs off the bumper like they usually do. He was a little behind maybe & seemed to be rushed. I noticed it with the car in front of me also. I’ll continue to come. I have an unlimited pass.
I don’t know if he was new but he needs to keep up with your higher standards.
He was on the driver’s side of the wash.
