4 months agoAwesome car wash. Several price points. Thorough car wash. They have *moist* towels for cleaning the exterior and interior. Mat washers which work awesome for cleaning plastic or rubber mats. High pressure vacuums, plus smaller high pressure air compressors. Plenty of room, makes cleaning your car efficient and highly satisfying 😌a month agoI went through this car wash about a month ago and saw scratches from the wash! I’ve reached out via email and voice mail with ZERO response from anybody, so here I have to post…. This new car is kept in a garage and hardly driven. 100% these scratches were not here before this car wash.Edit: since the management commented – I’ve still heard absolutely nothing, today is Aug 9th. I just tried to call again to leave yet another VM and both the management and regular voice mails are completely full, I can’t leave a message and no one is answering the phone any time I’ve called.
2 months agoI took my vehicle to wash it today. I LOVE LOVE LOVE MY Rocket Express off 11400 so and Redwood Road. They have everything to clean your vehicle from the car wash itself (Longest in Utah), to the rug/floor mat cleaning machines, hoses, clean clothes free to use as many as you need, vacuums! The Rocket Express Team are excellent help if you should need it. They treat every single customer well here!! Thank you for your help today Garret. I will drive out of my way to go here. The wash does an outstanding job, the vacuums always work well, the mat cleaners do an amazing job, and I love the fresh towels that are provided! At my most recent experience, Chris was extremely helpful.a week agoA few weeks ago I went and signed up for a month of car washes for $1 and I made sure that I wouldn’t be charged for the following month at full price. Sure enough, I have a $40 charge on my card this month. I’ve been calling multiple times for the past 4 days to try and speak with somebody but have gotten no answer. The manager voice mail box is also full. So frustrating to not be able to contact them over this issue!

a month agoDisappointed. More expensive than most car washes for just the basic wash and no complementary towels to dry off. Their soap was a little stinky as well. Didn’t leave my car feeling fresh like I would’ve liked.9 months agoQuick and cheap car wash, got the job done for my SUV and staff was nice. However once I got home I looked at my car and realized there were horizontal hairline scratches on it, most notably on the plastic parts. My car is literally brand new, just a few months old so I know it is not from wear and tear, and I hand washed before winter started. While at quick glance they are not noticeable, if this car wash scratches my car after one basic wash, over time it will cause significant damage. This car wash needs to assess whatever brushes they are using because unlimited customers may likely become unhappy customers if they come here year round, and unhappy that my plastic sides are already scratched. See photo4 months agoThis place is always super busy, but they have 2 washes and at least 4 entrances, which helps things move along better. Just the right amount of soap and water to remove the grime. They used to have problems with leaving a lot of soap on my car, but that was remedied long ago. Great place, great staff, and solid car wash.As of Feb 11, 2023 we’re back to having lots of leftover soap on the car. Wasn’t especially cold or anything either. Maybe an off day, so we’ll see if it’s a pattern next week.

I stop by here every once and awhile and the customer service is pretty good. I thought it was a fluke, but twice now I have paid $21.99 for the top wash they offer and it hasn’t done my wheels. Didn’t notice until I got home and rather than going back to wait in line again thought I would just warn people to not pay for the full package. Very frustrating when it’s already overpriced to not get what I paid for.
Great location and they offer towels for drying your vehicle and vacuums. If you have a truck be sure the bed is cleared out.
I know a lot of people who work at this location and they are the best. I love Amora the most. She always welcomes me with the biggest smile. They all are very professional with the people they serve and love their job. They are all hard workers and are easy to ask for help when you need them. It’s a fun environment to walk into whenever you need a good car wash and cleaning.
I used to love Quick Quack from the customer service to the wash itself. I like the new license plate reading to make the line go quicker but then it’s hard to get a wipe with your visit. I love the towels they offer to help dry off your car but my car still has plenty of soap on the car so it feels like a need to use the towels instead of an option.
Every month it feels they add something awesome but a step back in another area of the service
Prices were much cheaper before.
Now they’re just overpriced.
You can get a better car wash with rain x spray provided to clean the insides.
Paid $26 for the ceramic coat and didn’t even clean my car good enough.
