a month agoThe wash was pretty good! But I would not pay the $30 for the top notch car wash. My tires looked like this afterwards and I noticed quite a few scratches. I’m pretty particular about my car and this was disappointing3 weeks agoI’ve had a membership for 6 months, the service was always good and useful. I recently got a new car and wanted to stop using a machine wash. They do not pick up the phone but I walked in today and a young lady working here was very quick and easy to help me out. Will be back when I get too lazy for hand wash3 months agoTwo months ago the car was damaged my side mirror on my SUV and the manager Jarred has been aweful at being present for me to get it fixed. I’ve come up there multiple times and given him a quote, as well as trying to reach him regarding next steps for getting this fixed. He’s either on vacation or not there. While the rest of the staff is very friendly, he’s should not be in charge of ANYTHING! Not time mention, the day it happened was the first day of me signing up for a membership I’m still paying for. He offered no compensation for my membership or anything. Next step for me is calling corporate & possible court. I’ve gone back several times for issue over and over.3 months agoThree lines to get your oil changed. The wait is short and the employees are fully trained. No questions about anything. They double check their process as they complete the task. Offering bottles of cold water. Employees are very polite. You do not have to leave your vehicle during the process. They give you a firm quote prior to any work and you pay prior to leaving. Thank you3 weeks agoI really love this carwash and if you catch Happy Hour, it’s even more of a bargain – you get the top wash for $20. The wash is so quick but does a great job. Free towels, basic cleaner, vent cleaner and the ceramic coating really helps my old car’s worn paint shine up and stay protected. Between washed I just use distilled water and car shammys to remove dirt and it shines right up. No soap needed.

a week agoI’ve been coming here for years and have received pretty good service given the wait time is horrible. This occasion, Friday, 9/22/23, I left after my car was washed to get cash for a tip and noticed they knocked the defrost cord off my rear window. Mind you, this has happened once before awhile ago. I simply came back to give the tip and let the manager know if something like this happens just let the customer know before leaving. He proceeded to give me all the excuses and basically told me if I don’t like it DON’T COME BACK. When he should’ve just said my bad and next time you up here wash is on us. Horrible customer service on top of the long wait. Was first in line at 7:30am and wasn’t finished until almost 10am10 months agoThe manager tried to charge me more than 2x the price of a basic detail because my car was “So dirty inside” even though he took no extra time or effort to clean it and I specifically did not request extra services. He wouldn’t let me prepay because he fully intended to jack up the price after the Basic service was completed. I left without getting any interior work done when he said he would charge $40 because the inside of my car was “so dirty”. The employees are some of the hardest working people and my car always looks fabulous afterwards. This place does take about an hour (plus)on average from start to finish to get my car completed cleaned. For reference, I have a Hyundai Venue. They ruined my car. I took my BMW here to get detailed, and when I went to pick it up now my windshield wipers will not turn off. I went back to them before I pulled out of the parking lot and they claimed they didn’t do anything.. this has never happened before!! And now I don’t know how much I have to spend for my windshield wipers to be repaired. It will not turn off even when I turn my car off! They did something to damage it. Probably a water damage I’m not sure, but they will not own it nor give me a refund stay far away from these people. !!!!!!!

Today I went with interier clean new, Exp seat treatment, ext platinum and open detail. Impressed the interior detailing work of manager Vernell. They shampooed seats and removed the strains and dirts. Cleaned everything inside the car.
Little bit unsatisfied with exterior wash, beacuse tyres rim dust not removed.
But overal car detailing impressed. Total cost they charged 89$. It would be appreciated if they provide some packages for entire car detailing at lower rates.

The manager and team did an amazing job on my vehicle. I needed a deep clean and my car was a tough job but it looked pristine afterwards. I would highly recommend this car wash center to anyone who needs a great detail. They were polite, courteous, and treated my vehicle as if it were their own. I’ll definitely be back.
Come see car spa in Marietta. The most helpful, friendly people around. They will get you in and out and having you leaving feeling like you just came off the car lot all over again. Amazingly fast and very thorough cleaning..I honestly had doubts before even giving them a chance.. But once I inspected the vehicle? As clean as the showroom. (And they have the compressed air) to super clean the interior. Shanti was a pleasure and the shift manager was AMAZING. I will be a monthly member..
Our family van we just drove across
the country looks like we just bought it off the lot. I have never been more impressed with a car wash in my life and I say this as a car wash enthusiast. And this was just a ‘regular wash’ with a $20 interior clean We will bring all our cars here from now on. You just got two new customers.
