I even mentioned that I had a loose undercarriage piece and she adjusted something so the car wash wouldn’t mess it up. Payton and Golden were very professional checking me in and explaining the memberships. Payton did the quick rinse prior to the wash and had a great smile the whole time. Another teammate even helped me wipe down my car after the wash. Love Quick Quack because I can fit my oversized van in the wash and it gets almost everything. Veteran appreciation runs high here!

a month agoThis place is so clean. Prices are good. Johnathon convinced me on getting a membership. He is a cool kid. Johnathan was very helpful. My daughter loves going threw the wash. I love that they have towels for you to use to dry your car. The car wash is kept really clean and the worker are always moving doing so much and are around to help. The people are always pleasant and friendly, but today they went above and beyond. Someone had drawn on my car window in a Sharpie. The Quick Quack people noticed the writing and when it didn’t come off in the car wash, they came out and cleaned it off for me. I was so happy and grateful.12 months agoGreat car wash! I got locked out of my car and they were nice to attempt to unlock it but unsuccessful. They let me wait in the office with AC and use the phone and were nice through my experience. Probably the nicest Clean Freak.
I love this place! I have the unlimited pass and get a wash everyday and my car comes out Sparkling clean every time. Never had any problems there and it’s so convenient.
There was a “salesman” there using aggressive sales techniques and pushing for their monthly memberships. All I wanted was a basic car wash, but I couldn’t buy the car wash without having to deal with him first. I got to put up with a pushy sales pitch for something I didn’t want, and when I turned him down a second and then a third time I get to listen to his snarky attitude and passive aggressive comments about not buying his monthly membership.
I’ll be happy to go to other places and give them my business as I don’t need to be dealing with places that implement sales tactics like this.
What an amazing place. My family uses this car wash to keep our vehicles clean but not only do they keep the cars clean but they also help the community. My daughter and I pulled in near the parking because the transmission on my truck caught fire. Two young guys from the car wash saw my truck on fire. One guy took care of the customers while the other one brought a fire extinguisher to put out the fire and kept the truck from burning down. Thank you Clean Freak Car Wash Queen Creek for keeping the cars clean and helping out where a need was seen.
Would be 1 star, but I suppose it could have been worse. The passenger side of my car was basically just completely unwashed. The rear was about the same (though most automated car washes do a poor job on the rear). Overall, my car, which was not all that dirty, was only marginally cleaner than before I drove in. Bought the middle-of-the-road wash so it should have, at the very least, been clean. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone and won’t be returning
