a week agoI took my 2017 yukon suv through the car wash in san juan texas, and the brushes on the automated system; just literally tore up my paint. I mean there were swirl scratches from the hood to the top the vehicle and liz at the claims office at blue waves says they were there already. I asked for supervisor she says she takes care of the whole state of texas, there is know one above her. They need to compare her photos with mine.a week agoIf you like/want a clean car then this is the place. I do the basic monthly maintenance for $28/month and you can get your car washed as many times as you’d like during the month! Important: Bring your own drying towel!in the last weekService is top notch! John V. assisted me during my first visit and did great answering my questions and making I had the best experience. I had splattered wax caked across the left side of my car, and soap suds still all over it. And there were still splattered bugs all across the front and splotchy stains. Took these pictures in the vacuum stall right after coming out. I was told someone would call me the next day, but they didn’t. They even responded to this review… but didn’t actually try to amend it in any way!

3 months agoMy car was the dirtiest it’s ever been. I was at the salt flats and my car was CAKED with mud, bugs, etc. I hit two car washes and they didn’t take off much. Novato Car Wash, they had 3 guys scrub the car down before passing me through and my car came out SO CLEAN!! Thank you guys!!9 months agoI bring cars to Novato Car Wash Inc every so often. I had a $50.00 gift card to use today. The associate (NOR) who was taking payment told me that I couldn’t use my gift card. He didn’t give me a strong reason why I couldn’t use the gift card. He was extremely rude about it. I asked him to speak with the manager and he told me to come back next week. I told him that I wanted his name. He wouldn’t provide me with his name. I told him directly that his customer service skills are not up to par. He wouldn’t provide me with a managers contact number nor name. He simply gave me a generic business card.I paid $32.00 for the second most expensive option. The car came out mediocre. The tech’s cleaning the car are slapping the roof with a towel, not actually attempting to dry it. The quality of the interior after the Tier 2 detail was a 6 out of 10.
The service states a wheel clean. The wheels were not actually touched. A jelly like dressing was placed on the sidewall of the tire. Not an actual aerosol shinny spray.
I bring fleet vehicles to be cleaned on the exterior on a monthly basis. I will never come back to this car wash again. The customer service was just awful. Not even any attempt to try.

My favorite car wash in North Bay. Everyone who works there works hard and me being a very picky person when it comes to cleanliness, I’m happy with them. I definitely recommend them. If you’re a mooch, then do the wash yourself.
I hate reading reviews when customers state “they’re expensive”. People who state that don’t know it’s 2023 or how to operate a business in today’s world, especially in California. If you join the monthly club membership, you can easily make your car washes affordable. What sucks is seeing people point here and there for wet spots and then don’t leave a tip. Also, I hate seeing people trying to be sneaky and cut those who wait patiently in line.
So, I’m writing more about some of the customers who visit and take advantage of the hard working people and this business who does a great job.

Overall the wash and cleaning was meh…I paid for the $50 service and I did not feel like I got my money’s worth. I pointed out the lack of cleaning and attention to certain areas to the gentleman calling cars, and he quickly cleaned it. I’m not really pick but it was just laziness and rushing, the parts I pointed out were things like the dash board, and overall interior. Things at a $50 price point you’d expect. After the gentleman fixed the issues I was satisfied. Don’t think I’ll be coming back, but the gift store is cool i guess.
I love this place! Jeff is so nice and accommodating and both he and Matt always remember who I am. While my car is getting washed I love shopping in their gift shop! There is something for everyone. Not only do I buy all of my hostess gift and stock up on great cards, I also buy most of my clothing from them! No joke! They have great styles. I had a wardrobe consultant come to my house last month and she couldn’t believe all the great clothing, purses and accessories I got from there. If you don’t need a car wash, go there for the gift shop! You will love it!
I visited Matt and Jeff’s over 10 times as they are conveniently located next to shopping. Despite the level of service I paid for, the results were always the same, missed spots vacuuming, smeared window, and always still brake dust on the wheels. They were happy enough to oblige me pointing this out and would spray and wipe, but customers shouldn’t have to do this every single time. On one visit, they broke my rear view mirror off, they owned up to it and paid for the repair, but it’s not worth the hassle. Novato car wash across the street provides much more attention to detail.
Outstanding service and results. My blue Tesla scraped a white pole and white paint stuck on the bumper. A M&J technician used gentle sponge and alcohol cleaner and gently removed the white paint without any damage hi the blue paint. We were so thrilled and appreciative! We’ll return to Matt & Jeff’s for all our car cleaning needs!!
